We arrived to Panera at 8 pm, they close at 9. They let us know that we had to eat out of to go containers because they didn't... want to do dishes. We sat down waiting for our food to be called and the kitchen staff was cussing and yelling so loud we couldhear it in our booth. Food came out and was disappointing. Portion sizes were half of what they normally are. But moreimportantly, the entire time we were eating the staff was yelling and cussing. We left hungry and unhappy. Every other time wehave been to this location we have left full and happy. I would recommend not coming after 7pm based on the service. Read more
My daughter and I went to this location a few days ago a little before 7PM. They told me they were out of banquettes, 2 of their... soups, and the bowls. This was over two hours before closing on a week day. The cashier was unknowledgeable about the menu. Shehad to ask her coworker to answer the few menu questions I had. We ordered and waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food! While theywere preparing it, they asked if they could substitute pickle chips on the chicken sandwich, I said yes. They were pickleflavored potato chips, not round pickle pieces! My daughter took them off. Would of been nice to know before ordering theydidn't have all the ingredients. I will not be returning! As much as I like panera bread I put an end to it. Well at least this location ???? only because the cooks can never get my... order done the right way the first time around. Atmosphere is good, customer service is as well ???? it's just when it comes tomy orders and it isn't like they're complexed orders either. I just don't know Read more
We had ordered and waited for a 1/2 hour and still had not received our food.. I've never had this problem before but however... they should have told their customers up front that there would be a longer way to normal. We had to leave and cancel our orderbecause we couldn't wait any longer as we had other things to take care of. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The females making my order at around 1pm were EXTREMELY rude. Would not acknowledge me at all when I was... trying to ask for the the missing items from my orders. Rolling eyes and huffing and puffing. Get a new job because customerservice is not for you. We all have jobs and have to remain professional. Ridiculous. I got the Napa chicken salad sandwiches. There was hardly any chicken salad on my sandwich. There was literally more lettuce... than there was chicken salad. I get this sandwich often at other Panera locations and it's never been skimpy like this. Thereis less than a scoop of chicken salad on the entire sandwich. The bread is big. There's not enough chicken salad to even coverthe bread. So most of my sandwich was lettuce and bread. Read more
I placed a curbside order. They were fast, polite and the food was fresh and delicious. I used the online app to order it, and... it was perfect! Thank you! The flatbread pizza is yummy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was full of flavor. I have had atthis location in the past and recommend their iced coffee, strawberry banana smoothie, the lemon cookie and both flavors ofscones. Read more
