Order was great but the wait was far too long. Order was placed via mobile for 7:30 and I made the order at 5:30. It took over... 20 minutes. I know it was busy but I feel like I got my order after all other 7:30 orders and likely a 7:45. It was not a largeorder either. One bowl and chips. This will make more loyal to Chipotle. Read more
I just want to shoutout the three gentlemen working this afternoon on 9/15/22. I know this location is rather busy and... understaffed but they really hustled through everybody, and did it with a smile. Very friendly and didn?t let the numerousamount of orders slow them down or stop the show. I really appreciated it. And my bowl was delicious. Thanks again. Read more
The gentleman (young, tall, African American) doing our order was very unpleasant. He didn?t say anything wrong, but that was... most of the problem, he didnt say anything. We walked up, he just looked at us. I said we would both have bowls, he just threwthe bowls on the counter and just looked at me. He would walk down the choices throwing the food in the bowls in a very rudemanner. I kept saying thank you and please, with no response from him. I am very surprised that the manager of this store doesnot know he is serving people like this. I live close to this location and have visited often. I will not be coming back to this location for the foreseeable future. 8/27/22 at 8pm, the line was in absolute disarray and... looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in hours (rice overflowing and spilled everywhere, toppings piled up in between crevices ofcontainers). The food was below average at best, it?s like there is no quality control here. One of the managers sat at a tablein the dining room and didn?t look up from her phone the entire time that I was there, didn?t jump in to help or clean or evenexpedite. I?ve worked in food service, you line needs to remain clean! You are going to get people sick! As soon as there wasdown time employees should have taken the 10 minutes to wipe their line down, instead everyone just kinda did their own thingand hid. This place has a sad aura about it, it?s dingy, the employees don?t seem to care or have any sense of urgency, it?sbewildering?.. I understand that food service can be a taxing job and isn?t exactly the best paying or most illustrious but youhave to at least take it seriously, people are paying money for your product and standards have to be met. I am not looking fora free meal, I don?t even want to owner to respond to this with their general, blanket statement response but these issues needto be addressed. I try to give praise where it?s due because the food industry workers are just trying to make whatever living they can. For the... most part, I tip heavy when I can for good service and still tip 20% for what would be considered normal service back in theday. With that being said?I?m done going to this location. I went today and ordered a couple bowls and a quesadilla for me andmy family. I thought I was crazy when I was ordering multiple times beforehand and thinking they were skimping on the foodevery time they made my orders. But today when I went inside, it was confirmed. On my bowl in particular, I asked for doublechicken. The guy making my order scraped the bottom of the pan and barely came out with one scoop and moved onto trying to putveggies and salsa on my bowl. It wasn?t even enough chicken for a regular portion but wanted to charge me double. I even askedthe guy at the register if he would pay $12 for my meal and $10 each for the other two meals for what I was given. He looked andtried to add more stuff to the meals but at this point after MULTIPLE times of going there and not getting what I believe I paidfor, it?s a wrap. I don?t know who the owner is or the manager, but they need to do better. I?m not paying increased pricingand getting less food. They can go out of business for all I care. Read more
I keep raising my star review because the quality and portions have increased. I have been very happy with my last two take out... orders that had a veggie bowl, meat bowl and the new stuffed quasodillo with cheese grilled. The employees have stepped it up!Thank you. I was previously rating this location 2 stars and can say I have had two separate 5 star Qdoba experiences now. Keepup the large portions, positivity and freshness! Read more
The boy and larger dark haired girl were just sitting playing on their phones. My partner checked the bag and said everything... was there but when we got home, I had no salsa or guacamole but there was sour cream which I didn't order, the pico was onlytomatoes and my quesadilla, half only had cheese when I paid for chicken and fajita veggies on the whole thing.
