This Starbucks location is the absolute worst. They have always been a terrible location with the lack of access and parking, on... top of that customer service, but now they decided to make their store drive thru only. The problem, they are still acceptingmobile orders. I placed a mobile order heading back to work and in doing so, expected to be able to pick up my coffee in tenmins like the app said. Unfortunately, because they are now a drive thru only location, they have NO where for you to pick upyour coffee without waiting in line. Mind you, that line in the drive thru, was extended out to 23 mile rd, and it almost alwaysis. That?s incredibly poor business and customer service to have a customer be able to place a mobile order, in a hurry, andthen have them wait 30 mins or more for a cold coffee that they should have been able to pick up right away. Otherwise what isthe point of placing a mobile order?!?!? This store needs to shut down and find a better location, and definitely needs to stoprudely accepting mobile orders. Luckily, I was able to get my money back from customer service, just ridiculous. If I couldgive this location and the way it?s being ran less than one star, I would. Read more
The last 3 visits, they've forgotten the flavor shots in my coffee. Hard to have an apple crisp coffee with no apple. It's... unfortunate that this is the closest location to my work. Read more
I'll start this off by saying that this is one of the strangest Starbucks locations that I think that I have ever been to.... Strange as far as layout goes, and also probably one of the smallest locations as well. If you've been here, then you probablyunderstand what I am talking about. If not, it'll only take you stopping here once to quietly ask yourself "what have I gottenmyself into" while you're waiting in line. First and foremost, this location sits in a very, VERY busy area. Typically thatmeans that you'd find yourself somewhere with a ton of parking and space especially if it's in or around a strip mall shoppingcenter type area. Unfortunately, in this situation, this particular Starbucks location will provide you with none of that. Thefootprint of this place is literally a driveway (that doubles as a drive thru lane) that wraps around a tiny little buildingthat has probably 6 parking spots inconveniently placed throughout. There are also two separate entrances into this space whichmakes for an even more confusing, aggravating, and incredibly inconvenient experience. In just a few minutes, the drive thrutraffic has the ability to easily overflow back onto 23 mile which in return would be impeding the flow of traffic. Sinceeveryone starts lining up from this direction, it makes it nearly impossible for anyone to enter from the entrance that sitsopposite this one, coming from the shopping center area. Not only can you not get through to park, but you're surely not gettingthrough and into the drive thru line from this direction. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, after I figured out whatwas going on here, I hopped in line, and quickly realized that this was a location that was able to easily keep up the crazinessthat comes with being located in such a busy area. I ordered on the app 10 minutes before my arrival. Arrive and there's only 2 people ahead of me, when its my turn at the window... it takes an additional 10 minutes before someone even comes to the window and then another several minutes before my drink comesout. All i ordered was an iced coffee with a few flavor shots. They didn't even end up putting any in because it had zerosweetness or flavor. I'm usually pretty patient and understanding when places are busy or understaffed but there weren't manycustomers and the wait times were just ridiculous. Read more
Everything tastes great from here but they just remodeled & very inconveniently made it "drive-through only". I no longer can... place a mobile order & just walk in & get it. I have to wait in the longest of lines which usually sticks out onto 23 mile roadwhich is a massive hazard. Cars swerving, people honking. They should've made the drive thru line longer. Starbucks that tastes like Starbucks! I love being able to order my favorite coffees at any location and having it always taste... the same. Thank you for the quality coffee and the whipped cream pup cup each time I visit! I used the app to place and pay formy order for the first time and will do it again. Read more
The girl through the drive through with the pink hair was so sweet and nice. She made my birthday drink that I ordered, it took... a bit to make, which I didn't mind. But she gave ne a 4$ drink card for the long wait. Thank you!!! Read more
Please turn off mobile ordering since it's not actually an option! Having to wait in a line of cars for 30 minutes defeats the... purpose of ordering ahead, what was the point? I definitely would not have places the order had I known. I will not be back tothis location. Read more
