This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and could not get the products I wanted. Last night, they were out of most... everything. I left and got Chinese food. Not the staff's fault, they say "supply chain issues", like everyone nowadays. Happenstoo often at this location! No ham, rotisserie chicken, steak, lettuce, all breads except Italian. Service was great but the sandwich wasn't so good. Italian bread is undercooked today.
Used to be a great place to go to, now there's nobody managing young kids, making food. Kids walking away from customers, being... quiet and no confidence can barely hear what there saying. There wearing basket ball shorts for a uniform. Read more
I have been visiting this subway for years. The food is addicting and so good. The manager is super nice and remembers my order... she has great customer service skills. The atmosphere is good and I know they are continuing to try and make the place better. Irecommend coming here and also bringing coupons to save money! Read more
Second time they have messed up my subs and I tried calling 3 times and no one answered the phone. I was then told I had to... bring the sub back to prove it was wrong even though my daughter was already there complaining in the store. Maybe if 1 of the5 people standing around would have answered the phone to tell me that, i wouldn't have sent my daughter up there. The managerjust looked at my order an had them make a new one.
