Update: The fries are back ???? The only thing I eat from here are the potatoes, and the fries are my favorite. This Taco Bell... has served them to me cold and stale both times I?ve been here. I thought I?d give them another shot but apparently more moneyand different staff members did nothing for their quality control. One year ago: There were 5 people on staff and had an onlineorder that I was 10min early for. Not only was I not greeted but by the time they said something which was 15 min maybe longer,I had already told the app I was there and I was watching the lady making my order. She complained about the potatoes but gavethem to me anyway. The sign said eat in was open but every table was dirty and so was their kitchen. I?ll drive further nexttime my kid wants Taco Bell. Closed at 6 pm on a Friday night. Both stores on 23 mile close early. Says something about management that they can't get people... to stay or hire for peak times in a busy area for weeks now. When open, the employees have been great and friendly. Read more
Last night my family and I went to Taco Bell via drive thru. Cody greeted us at the window and he was so friendly, polite and... made sure our order came right to us. Y'all are usually pretty on-top of things, but I placed a DoorDash order and tried to call y'all to ask for no ice in my... drink... but the phone was busy for 15 minutes! No worries, though. My Dasher got it all straightened out. ???? Just figured itmight be something to review with everybody in the store. Maybe there was an emergency and I sound like a Karen. ???? If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order through grubhub to be told they didn't have an order for me. Considering... apps use your address and go to restaurants in your area I'm not sure what they did with my order but it was almost a 2 hourwait never got my food Read more
I am disappointed? the employees got raises, the restaurant chain raised the food prices. In the dinning room you?re expect to... do all the work at the kiosk. What is up with that? How about you giving me an employee discount? I?m ringing up my own order.Then they were really Stingy with the meat on the taco supremes.. next time I?ll go through the drive through and bring my foodinto the dining room for consumption?.
