If been coming to this store for years. Lately they are horrible. I went in to order, the guy complained about my order... literally said he "doesn't like making those" then he asked the others working their opinion... No one likes making it. So theyget my order together all but the item they hate and make me stand there for 20 mins. At that point I ask.. can I get the lastdrink? He says " oh yeah" puts it together and never blends it. Big ole gob of yogurt at the bottom of the cup! They have madeeveryone of them like that since. It has been 3 months. His way of telling me to stop ordering it! Hope your order is employeeapproved! I ordered 4 donuts and 1 bagel. Asked for 2 cups of ice water and they wanted to charge me an additional $4. For ice water. I?d... understand if it was a bottle of water, but a small cup of ice water should not cost $2. They gave me one napkin with my wholeorder. The staff working the drive through were extremely friendly. The manager, or as I was told, District Manager, is the onewho decided to start charging guests for water. Sad. Read more

So...I always order online which is cool ordering your own stuff ahead without the hassle of pronouncing what you want at the... speaker. The past few times I've visited, I'll say I ordered online and the order will pop up but they won't say anything? Puresilence. Got a line behind me so......Like do you want me to pull ahead or not? Then when I get up to the window, I get it y'allare focused doing your job (trust me I've worked at a coffeshop with a drive thru before) but please when you give us our stuff,acknowledge us like have a good day or your good! This location is not cooking the breakfast sandwiches. I nicely called to let them know they are cold and the bread is not... toasted. Two days later the same thing. I guess letting them now discreetly doesn't work. Read more
Every time I go there they screw up something. I've had coffee so burnt it was un drinkable. Today, my latte wasn't full to the... top, they forgot straws, napkins, and my kids chocolate milks! The latte has barely any flavor in it. Will for sure not be goinghere again. Wasted money. Read more
