We were seated in the area for larger groups. Once the tables were clean, we were given menus. We looked for awhile and decided... what to order, then waited another 5+ minutes. I finally got up and took the menus and markers up to the register and asked ifwe were supposed to come up to order. The server had forgotten we were there. The food was delicious. The salad was crisp andfresh. The soup was hot and cold. The sushi and sashimi looked great and tasted just as good. The bill was dropped off withboxes for leftovers but we were not directed what to do to pay, so once again I went to the register. Read more

The floor was dirty. The service was very slow. We waited a long time for the waitress. However, the food was good.
Tried this place because of the high ratings but? We ordered the: Duck pho- they put it all together eventhough it was for take... out. So the noodles were soggy when we got home. And they put the jalapenos in it too instead of to the side so the broth wastoo spicy for my daughter. And the broth was bleh. My daughter said it didn?t really taste like pho :( Chicken spicy noodle -there was only a few chicken pieces and not enough vegetables. You can only taste the spiciness not a lot of flavor Chickenteriyaki - not enough chicken. It was okay Our order came with miso soup and small salad. The miso soup was salty and the saladdressing was not good. Their saving grace is the sushi. We ordered spicy queen, wuri crunchy and the chesterfield roll. Theywere all good. Great place to eat! Friendly staff and delicious food. Obviously the sushi is good, but oh man the soup and salad appetizer is... something you should definitely get everytime you come. It's so cheap and a great way to start the experience. I buy a containerof the ginger dressing they put on it every time I go. Menu could use a couple photos to help newcomers but otherwise nocomplaints. Read more
Update: My kid likes their sushi because the rolls fit in her mouth, so we?ve returned a few more times. I started requesting... sauce on the side, and it?s definitely an improvement. When I don?t want to drive far this is where we?ll go. Miso soup is alittle salty for my taste but still edible. I order the same eel roll but get it different every time. Sometime my eel is on toplike other places and sometimes my eel is inside of the roll. Price doesn?t change though. ???? My 1st time here but they addentirely too much sauce to their sushi. Everything is based off tempura or California roll both of which I am not a fan of. Theyuse fresh ingredients so I?ll try again. Read more
Food was fine, but we asked for refills on our teas and water and never received them. We sat for 30 minutes for the waitress to... return and she never did, we had to get up and ask another one for our bill which was just sitting behind the counter waiting.No idea what happened to our waitress but whoever was supposed to take care of us after her absolutely forgot. Note also thatall of the waitresses are teenagers, so they're probably new to it, but still. Read more
