Food was great. All the tables were dirty and it took a couple plates to find clean ones. The bathroom hadn't seen a cleaning in... weeks. The girl working seemed inconvenienced by every customer and was talking at people. Read more

I would like to start off by saying, I absolutely love the pizza from both of the Brick Pizzeria locations I have visited so... far. This review is more of the customer service, than the food. Let me say a few words on the food though, to be fair. Thedough was crispy, burned in all the right ways, and had the perfect texture, the sauce was as always amazing and the ingredientsalways taste fresh. With that being said, even though I live in New Bedford, I will be traveling to the Fairhaven locationmoving forward. I enjoy not only the great food, but the friendly environment there. My husband and I were in the Downtown areaand decided to stop in at the Brick Pizzeria there. We were looking forward to sitting down and enjoying some great pizza in abeautiful dining area. At first glance, it?s bright and hip looking. It almost reminded me of the pizzerias I frequentlyvisited living in NJ tristate area. Unfortunately, my nostalgia induced bliss ended there, and our dine in lunch quickly turnedinto a take out order. We were instantly turned off by the less than friendly attitude the young lady behind the counter gaveus. She seemed to be having a busy day full of call in/online orders (this is only my opinion based on my observation of thedining room being empty as we came in). That does not excuse the unfriendly and pretty much rude behavior. She treated myhusband, who was in the middle of talking to her about our order, as if he were a bother. She cut him off in the middle of hissentence and rushed him with our order. Thankfully my husband and I were on the same page and when asked if we would like it to?eat in or to go? we both said ? ?To Go!? a bit too eagerly. We enjoyed the food, it?s was great, as always. We kind of expectedthe customer service to be just as bright and inviting as the restaurant itself. Read more

Took my sister inlaw that's visiting from California for the week and wanted a authentic clean ingredient pizza. So we took her... to Brick for their salad and pizza. We both had the spinach salad with a create your own pizza. She loved it and fully satified.I give huge respect to the young working there as she seem to be running the shop by herself. She did an amazing job!! Food wasgreat!! As a minor request, more comfortable seating would be a huge plus! Read more

Super disappointed in last night's visit. Everything says that the shop was open until 9PM. Got in the door and was basically... barked at that dine-in service was closed at 8:30 (it was 8:37) and they were just closing up. Had a group of 7 and we decidedwe could eat outside in the courtyard.  Proceeded to order and counter person was very "put out". Basically no patience andgrumbled under their breath while "helping " one of us use the cc machine.  Order was put in the bag and we asked a couple oftimes (3 separate people as they didn't hear the others ask) if the utensils were included.  I guess she didn't think I heardthe full answer of yes... then mumbling "I already said it if you were listening"  I work with people 40+ hours a week and alittle patience and understanding that customers are how you stay gainfully employed. We weren't rude or disrespectful.  I knowcompanies are short staffed but the attitude last night doesn't invite us back at all. Very disappointing as it was a go toplace when we were in the area Read more

If you love authentic Neapolitan pizza, this is the best on the South Coast. Their brick oven gives just the right amount of... char to the thin, bubbly crust. Pictured is the Carciofo pizza (artichoke, spinach & red peppers, but the plain cheese and themarinara are both excellent too. Read more

The buffalo pizza had no hint of buffalo flavor at all only a blue cheese taste. The pepperoni for the kids was sad looking... only 8 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza and they are very small pepperoni slices. Finnally if you are a restaurant andoffer outdoor dinning but glassware is not allowed outside you should really at the very least have paper plates. Read more

Expensive for a small pizza but really good and kinda worth it not going to lie. I got a buffalo chicken pizza with mushrooms... and it was so good. I like to try different toppings just to see what tastes good and every ingredient on the pizza was blendedin nicely. Read more

Very exceptional service. Food was great. I had been craving pizza for the past week and this satisfied my craving. Place... reminds me of a mods or blaze pizza but with a better staff. I also was a fan of the open kitchen you get to see them make thefood if your close enough and you get to see the cooking process of the pizzas and other foods. Best pizza spot in the area tomy knowledge. Read more
