The young man who works here named Angel spends more time giving his friends free food than attending to customers. I work in... the area and come here frequently. He likes to make the customers wait while he makes free treats for his friends. Not cool! Read more

A high school diploma is definitely not needed to work here. The staff here doesn't . Horrible workers at this Dunkin.

Sooo much better service than the Dunkin on Rockdale. And I'm no longer a customer at Cumberland Farms,same street. Have been... to this Dunkin 3 times already before going to work and I was in and out a little under 10 minutes. 2 large coffees Two dozendonuts 6 muffins And a bagel Very happy to have changed to a different coffee shop. And the service and greetings was pleasantfor a change. Read more

If there was an option for zero stars, this would be my first selection for 19 Rockdale Ave. After a long day at the hospital... Monday, went to this location to get my DD fix. Drive thru line carried unto the street but figured they got slammed. But afterwaiting 10 minutes, I realized as I approached the drive thru that it was the attendant who was delaying the service as she wasdistracted by her phone. I waited a minute in front of the mirror and since she had no intentions of acknowledging me, I beepedand waved. She proceeded to open the door and without so much as an apology started to excuse her behavior by stating she was ona group work chat and I needed to continue to wait until she was done with her business. News Flash to the Attendent, NO ONECARES about your work issues. Reducing the drive thru line and getting the orders out should have been the only priority at thattime. Working in this environment is difficult enough and attendants like that not only discredit the customer service industrybut can ruin a location's reputation. This is a major reason why owners and customers alike devalue the work performed andjustify paying the employees minimum wage. I will NEVER visit this location again. Read more

Have been coming here regularly for four months and the donuts have never been fresh. Also, the drive thru in the morning is so... slow. But I still come because I have no choice, so I?ll give it 2 stars. Read more

Usually, this Dunkin is fine, not good but fine? However, it seems like with most dunkins in this area, the afternoon staff is... just rude and lazy. When I had gone it had been empty and still, no one came to the drive window to assist or take orders andgoing inside took even longer despite no customers waiting to be serviced. Early Mornings seem to be relatively fine but I havenot returned since so I am not certain if that is still true. Read more
