Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Asked for a egg and cheese on a plain bagel , bagel wasn?t even toasted & was... hard. Got a Portuguese sandwhich on chibatta bread and was missing half the bread ! Super disappointed, the girl kylee made ourfood and handed it out laughing . Read more

The girls are honestly killing it every time I go here. But they are always SO understaffed. Yesterday i went and waited nearly... 20 minutes for my mother & I to each get a sandwich and a coffee. They were so busy that my sandwich wasn't even made correctlybut I didn't want to make a fuss since they were slamming. Management needs to put on at least 1 other person in the AM here. Read more
Sunday February 3, 2019 worst service ever. I asked for 2 of each donut hole..there were 6...4 sets of 3. The girl said we only... sell them in 3s. I said yes 4 sets of 3...she argued with me for a couple minutes so I settled for 2 sets of 3...THEN I askedfor a white chocolate mocha madness hot. Cream and whipped cream. The girl walked away without cashing us out. Technically wecould have just left, because the other girl working said "bye, have a nice day". When I sat down and took a couple of sips ofmy supposed mocha madness the cream tasted sour, even through the whipped cream. There was no coffee in it either. So I stood inline for 10 minutes. I asked the same girl to remake it because there was no coffee in it and the cream was sour. She told me noit wasnt. I asked her again, nicely to remake it without cream or whipped cream, which she did but just put it on the counterand walked away. This girl was either having a bad day or she has the worst customer service skills ever. If you're going toserve coffee to people and its early morning, the way you act towards a customer could make or break their day. Clearly themanager does not teach customer service skills to the employees here. Any of them. I will never go to this location again. Thisisnt the first bad experience I've had here. The shop on Mt. Pleasant is 100% better. And it's cheaper. SMH...worst customerservice ever. Drive the extra mile and go to the other franchise. Read more
I showed up at 7:40 on a thursday in the drive thru and they didn't take my order because they were "closed". Their hours say... they're open until 8. Ordering a simple drink 20 mins before close isn't too much of a hassle as to where my service is denied. Read more
In an area saturated with Dunkin Donuts shops, Honey Dew is my choice. The donuts are freshly made in the store, throughout the... day. I find that the variety is much better than the big chain. Reminds me of the way donut shops were, before it became a bigbusiness. Sadly, bigger doesn't taste better. Read more
