I was in doubt about the reviews when I first found the place but after meeting the owner and trying a cookie, I can safely say... this was well worth the drive over! tldr: 15/10 for one of THE best dang cookies I've ever had and up and beyond customerservice. Upon calling the shop for directions on how to get to there, the owner, Jon, mentioned that the shop is closed tillApr 20th, 2022 (5 days later). Instead of just resting at home, Jon went the extra effort to find out what I wanted and pulledtogether the order and drove over to deliver me the cookies. He is very proud of his product and despite the stall being in theFerry terminal (not a shop outside), I can safely say this cookies are simply superb! The white chocolate and cranberry(unlabelled) are crunchy, consistent, and savory while not being overly sweet, burnt, or dry. I'm now excited to try the otherflavors and will definitely be coming back even just for that one flavor. He mentioned that if there is some issue with gettingto order, you can just call him up as he would do his best, at times even hand deliver the cookies to you such that you can getthem in the best possible condition. Mad Good Cookies are simply the best (in both taste and customer service). Located on the West Coast, I've been sending my 508... parents surprise deliveries to keep their spirits up. Jon is such a friendly business owner who literally goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. My boyfriend and I have... ordered from him twice now, and each time he has packaged the cookies in a brown paper gift bag, perfectly tight saran wrappedcookie bundles, some nice purple tissue paper and always a hand written note on the back of his card. Each time he has included2 extra cookies of a different variety then the ones we ordered to try and they have all been delicious. He makes an amazinglyperfect quality cookie. We ordered through door dash and wrote in a note to ask if he could substitute a couple of flavors forothers without going out of his way and he did it with no problem. If you are asking yourself if the cookies are worth the pricepoint, YES, ABSOLUTELY YES. They are soft and chewy and perfectly crafted and one cookie is so filling. You will not bedissapointed. These cookies were very, very MAD GOOD.. ???? I have been trying forever to find the perfect cookies to buy when I don?t feel... like baking & these WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY cookies are the ultimate PERFECTION! They aren?t too cake-like and they aren?tthin and greasy; they are the perfect in-between cookie: thick & super scrumptious! They are crisp on the outside and chewy onthe inside, not overly sweet, but just enough to satisfy that sweet-tooth craving! They are very festive & I dare to say,happy-looking cookies. They do not look like you bought them in a store, they look (& taste!!) home-made!... OK.
