I don?t understand the purpose of having two lanes at the drive thru, if the workers are just going to completely ignore one of... them. I went to this store 2 weeks ago and sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. They were prettybusy so I understand having to wait, but when 5 cars in the other lane are greeted and placing their order, while I justpatiently waited to be helped, I think there?s a huge underlying issue. I didn?t say anything at the time and let it go however,I did go by there one more time this evening, went to the opposite lane and again, I sat there patiently while another carpulled up after me, was greeted and placed there order. Got a mcrib with no BBQ sauce. Maybe if the kids working there paid more attention to their job instead of playing on their... phones. My fries were dumped upside down in the bag as well. Read more
We messed up order please go to last window.... 20 mins later nothing. Go inside and the excuse is "hey we're really busy". Look... if you don't like your job, fine it's a free society. Quit. But don't take it out on customers. And let's be honest it's notjust this one. Every fast food joint in this city sucks because of attitude now. Shameful. Read more
Came for breakfast with my 5 yo. They were courteous and quick. She split the big breakfast up for us on different platters... because she heard us talking about my son eating some of it, and me eating just the eggs. I could hear her making sure her staffwas on top of the orders, and she brought our food out to us. Great customer service ???? Read more
No sauce Nuggies; again?! Ive heard that extra dipping sauce comes out of the employees paycheck but are they being paid in... sauce too? Do they barter in sauces? Withhold 50 sauces a week per employee and get a bonus? Quit hoarding all the dippingsauce! My nuggies are dry ? Read more

The manager Courtney was very rude. She overcharged me for a sundae and then had an attitude when I told her she got my order... wrong. She then threw out my receipt and when I went back in to get it, she said she gave it to me when she clearly did not.Extremely rude and unprofessional. Read more
