When you pay 10 for a meal and get back to work and its wrong it's ridiculous. Mc rib has no sauce on it. Not the first time. If... you are running low on sauce you don't skimp on the cust. You make them correct till you run out then you don't sell thatsandwich till you can make it correct again. Read more
This was one of our worse experiences at this McDonalds. We have never seen a raw burger at a McDonald's till my husband ordered... a Quarter Pounder tonight. There also was some brown clump of fat on the bun. There was a ton of grease on the bag and the frycarton and everything was cold because we waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. The milkshake was watery and had to come home andbe put in to the freezer. The only thing we had no complaint about was the cold soda. If you can't handle the volume ofcustomers open an outdoor window like Taco Bell and hire more help. Read more
