Asked for hot coffee, the girl handed my husband coffee and when I felt the cup it was cold, so I open the lid...yep ice cold... coffee. So we gave it back and they asked us to pull up and park while they fix the problem. We waited 30 minutes..no coffee soI went inside to speak to the manager, she and the girl at the drive thru window started bickering about who was to take care ofthe issue. I asked for her to refund the coffee and we just left. I had surgery earlier that day and just felt very cold andneeded the coffee to warm my soul. Read more
Fries were good but they didn't fill the bag all way up
When I went in, I got a double quarter pounder with cheese meal which is about $11 and change, I added bacon and it came out to... $15 and change! What is this world coming to! Everything was fresh (nice crispy fries!) and service was pleasant, quick, andaccurate. Read more

Went threw the drive threw and ordered 3 McDonald's (NO KETCHUP, NO CHEESE, ADD BACON). Look in the bag and the sandwiches have... the tags so I think all is fine. Get home and all are regular sandwiches with the special order tag slapped on (no bacon) whichi paid extra for. I drive back and go inside. I very nicely tell the manager what the problem is and she asks me what she shoulddo about it?......after I explain I would like sandwiches WITHOUT cheese and ketchup and WITH bacon she walks away with anattitude then comes back with my food and places it on the counter and walks away. Never apologized or anything. Realprofessional that one I tell you. I won't waste my time or money here. They mess up orders and don't care and there is nooversite. Read more
