Ordered a pizza.. delivered in a timely fashion but it was not what I ordered.. called and was assured they would remake and... send out directly.. waited double the time and recalled them to ask if they had forgotten about me.. second pizza delivered wasundercooked and dough was raw.. so they obviously rushed it because they had forgotten.. bad experience. I used to love this place but whoever is running the show these days clearly does not care for your customers. The last 3 orders... I placed in the past few months were all wrong. First one they forgot my cheesecake and drink. Whatever I called and theybrought them. Nbd. It happens. Then my husband orders a large cheeseburger deluxe pizza that we asked could have lettuce thrownon top after cooking if there isn't any and when it arrives we received a plan hamburger pizza with tomatoes on it. That's it.When I called to get a new one the man on the phone proceeded to tell me it's wrong because "I must have said it wrong to himbecause her heard hamburger pizza". Oh ok, it's my fault? So we just blame the customers for our mistakes even when they're notbeing rude about your mess up? Ok cool. Then, Finally, same guy takes my order and it's simple. Sure they did it right but Iwouldn't know because when I told them to deliver to the SIDE DOOR ENTRANCE TO THE BACK BUSINESS BEHIND COMPLETE CAR CARE (ABLOCK AWAY) they deliver it to the guys at the car shop instead whom said they didn't order it but paid and ate my food anywaysinstead of idno CALLING THE CUSTOMERS NUMBER. But what is the icing on the cake is when I call and find this out since it's NOwan hour since my food should have been here THIS SAME MAN gives me an attitude for asking where my food is and how it wasdelivered when I have the money in my hand instead of trying to remedy the situation, again placing blame on your customers andnow your drivers instead of remedying the situation from the very beginning. I was really sad to hear when I called back tospeak with someone in charge that this Same person IS your manager. I'll never order palace again. Read more

I order pizza from Palace almost every week. And every time it's freaking great....except tonight. Must be a different chef... cause it shows and tastes!! Bring the pizza we love and whoever cooks it!! Read more
The food is generally awesome. I love that olive oil is an option for sauce because it doesn't trigger heart burn. The only... thing that keeps them from getting a 5th star is how long it takes to get an order. Somewhere between 45minutes to an hour, butat least the food is still hot when it gets here. Read more
They charge a lot for a large sub and put almost no meat in it:( I waited to write this review thinking it was just a bad order... but this is 5 times my sub has looked like this. The bread is completely touching and it has maybe 3 small spoon fills of meatsmh. Read more
Very inconsistent. We used to go here all the time and it was nearly always excellent. The past couple of years however they... made changes. The food is all over the place. Sometimes it's burnt, sometimes it's not. The pizza is never as good as it used tobe. The chicken caesar wrap I used to get is all giant croutons now. I would stay away. We gave it the benefit of the doubt toomany times now, hoping it would be the way it was. Sadly, it's not. Read more
I will just put it as is, this place isnt as good as the other places. Yes its all the same with it being palace pizza but I... find that they make it differently with eachother and whats even surprising is how bad the pizza is from either places, itspalace PIZZA not anything else. I usually get cheesy breadsticks and I personally like them but its either too cooked or notcooked enough, the round edges just taste like burnt and isnt enjoyable, theres also a lot of oil used and yes patting it downis a possibility but sometimes its really just so drenched. Ill also say this, I guess the last few times I got delivery, theywere busy but I swear for it to take an hour and more for it when it usually wont take so long for other places, its not evenfar away which makes it more confusing. Im not gonna rate it horribly but I do think wait time and maybe oil reducing and a bitof recipe fix on the pizzas would be good. The subs are also not bad but I feel like whenever dough is involved in other foods,its just burnt too much. Read more
