Was told they cannot pre pay pickup orders even though I told him we do it frequently. How the heck do they process pre pay... delivery orders over the phone then? The manager couldn't even be bothered to help when asked. They just lost a loyalcustomer. Read more
Foods good but always cold when I get delivery from any palace location. Maybe they should use a delivery service if they can?t... get to your house 10 minutes down the road fast enough to deliver hot food. Read more
Online says they close at 11, when I called they said they close at 10, call at 9:25pm and was told and it?s pick-up only and... pizza only, so couldn?t get a sub (which is quicker to make then a pizza) a half hour before closing?.definitely losing businessthat way! Read more
The menu is wrong and they wouldn?t refund my money after they put ingredients that should not be there.

Food was great! Since most the others have shutdown, bout one of the only places to get a Roast Beef grinder. It was amazing,... made quickly (did an online order), and was exactly how I ordered it. Price wasn't to bad. I would recommend and order from hereagain. Haven't had their pizza yet. Read more
I paid for my order w/ my debit card .. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my food after the person answering the phone took my... phone number down incorrectly and floor number ... So , apparently the driver came to the house and called the incorrect numberand the person that answered the phone said they didn't order (obviously) . So , they brought my food back and mind you I hadalready called during the delivery after 1.5 hours ( on a SUNDAY ) inquiring about my food and was told it was on the way... Itried to keep a look out from the 3rd floor but I didn't see anyone... (The person that answered my call never thought to lookat their caller ID and figure it out...????? They let the food sit.) I asked that my food be hot when it did arrive -didnt evenask for it to be remade cuz I get things get messed up from time to time... But no... The food still took an hour to get Backand it was cold and undercooked.. The dough of the calzone was raw and the greek salad was so so sad.. Called for a refund.. Wasoffered a store credit , declined and asked for my money back which was done ( we will see )... Anyways... Not worth your time ,or money .. They weren't friendly about it or apologetic... Thats not good business . the calzone was a cold 2.5 hours old brickand the greek salad was mediocre and Im being nice. ALSO - 2 weeks later and still did not receive my refund... I ordered a steak and cheese bomb which was delicious. And I also added a mushroom with extra sauce Pizza which had no sauce on... it. I called and the lady literally argued with me that she made the pizza and had extra sauce. I told her I got a pizza fromthere a couple of days ago and noticed that it had little sauce and this pizza had absolutely no more sauce than the last one Ijust got. She continued to argue with me. I will never eat here again because of the staff they hire. Read more
