Update: Pass on the poutine... It was fries with literally one chicken tender cut up, a minimal spread of cheese, and no type of... gravy whatsoever... Very dry with absolutely no flavor... I had the Steak Tips with rice and broccoli... everything wasfantastic! Great staff as well.. Read more
Had the Fish and sweet potato fries today. It was delicious ???? Here today may 28th after along awaited return to the vault... after renovations new menu new cocktails...enjoying the fig and avocado Flatbread a new and improved selection. Courtney was myserver and suggested this new menu item. Enjoying the new acquired taste of fig paired with goat cheese is delicious. Rating 5stars ???????? Read more
Came in for a quick drink while waiting for a nearby dining reservation. Service was friendly and fast. Unlike most places at... the moment, there seemed to be twice as many staff as patrons. We did not eat here but saw the most amazing meal which looked tobe an absolutely massive chicken and waffle sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries.. we will be back just to try that sometimesoon. Parking was easy and free after 6pm, menu had nice options and plenty of seasonal beers and ciders in tap to try. Signoutside restaurant says Greasy Luck so don't get confused when visiting. What didn?t go wrong? The waitress let us know that since we had a big group, our food wouldn?t be coming out at the same time,... just as it?s ready, which is fine. The problem was in doing so, they?d forgotten everyone?s appetizers so once food startedcoming out, we told them to forget the appetizers. Now the food, it wasn?t good. I ordered the steak tips, rare, and my steakwas under seasoned and not evenly cooked. The fries is came with were covered in some aioli that didn?t taste like anything.Someone else at my table ordered the fish and he said it was disgusting and barely touched it. Someone else at my table gotpizza and she also barely touched it because she said the toppings were all wrong and not proportioned correctly. Their drinkswere not made uniformly, several people in my group ordered the same drinks and they all came out tasting different. Lastly, andworst of all, the checks. We let them know at the start how the checks should be separated and no one moved to get the seatingmessed. It legitimately took more than 30 minutes to get it right. She forgot some of our checks, put meals on the wrong checks,and when she came back after we corrected her, they were still all wrong. We eventually all huddled around her POS so she couldcall out the food and we claim whose it was, passing credit cards to the front like an assembly line. It was complete chaos. Came in for Taco Tuesday. I am never disappointed when I come here. Will be back with friends tomorrow for the Wednesday fish... special. ***edit*** Wednesday's fish & chips special is probably my favorite day to come here. (Although the Sunday wingsspecial is pretty good too). I came back with friends on Wed night like I said I would send got my fish and chips. I always gettheir sweet potato fries, they are soo good. We went there for the Great Escape Journey tribute band. They were great. I wish I could say that for The Vault. 1st we paid $11... extra per seat for early entrance. They kept all of who paid extra waiting for nearly 30 minutes late to enter. Once we werefinally allowed to go in we had no table. When i approached an employee he stated we paid for seats, not a table. I guess theythought it was acceptable for me to sit at someone else's table on one side of the venue while my wife sat at another on theother side. Ended up spending the night standing and left after 1 set. Too bad we were looking forward to The Vault reopening,however after this we will never return. Read more
