Food is always good, service is as good as you can expect now days. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and while they... were delicious the serving size was about half of what we've gotten in the past. I'm sure they are struggling with high costsand short staffing. Read more
Great customer service at the register at this location. I recommend checking your order if it's take-out or delivery. I have... only ordered from BWW 2 times. This pick-up order was missing the fries of my sandwich meal and the wings meal had only a fewfries. I went back in and was quickly accommodated. Quality of food was very good at this location. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and they were decently busy. The boneless wings... were hot and crispy, the chicken itself was very juicy, and they were sauced well. Service was great.
