Great customer service at the register at this location. I recommend checking your order if it's take-out or delivery. I have... only ordered from BWW 2 times. This pick-up order was missing the fries of my sandwich meal and the wings meal had only a fewfries. I went back in and was quickly accommodated. The first time I ordered delivery ( Sunset, Waukesha) the beverage wasmissing. Like their fried pickles, like the cheese curds, but I do not like getting incomplete orders. Read more
Quality of food was very good at this location. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and they were decently busy. The boneless wings... were hot and crispy, the chicken itself was very juicy, and they were sauced well. Service was great. I did an online order pickup here. I ordered 15 boneless wings with Buffalo sauce and carrots. I did not receive any sauce or... carrots. My entire order was cold. The burgers I ordered were the cheese curd burgers and that was disappointing for a burger. Ialso ordered a large thing of potato wedges and got a small thing of potato wedges. I feel like spending $60+ on this order wasnot worth it. Read more

Our food came out extremely cold. We got it in a good manner of time and our server was nice. But all of the food was cold and... there was no one here. There was barely anyone here at all in the room/in the restaurant so I don?t really know why our foodcame out cold. Also the server upfront was just seeming irritated so I did not really feel welcomed into Buffalo wild wings. Iwish that our wings came out warmer and not as cold and stale tasting. Thank you.
