It was all very good! I had scallops and shrimp perfectly grilled over Spanish rice and my husband had the 5 different... enchiladas which he thought were all good except the chicken one which he said was too dry. We didn't have a drink from the barbut the drinks they were serving must have been the very large ones with the hefty price but I couldn't see ordering one thatcost as much as my meal. The price of the food I thought was reasonable post pandemic. The servers were great and attentive.Also considering the menu was much smaller post pandemic it had a great variety. Give them a try. Stumbled onto this place looking for BW3's and we were greatly surprised! Table side guac was good, salsa was spicy (a nice... change), and overall the entrees were excellent. Chimi and Poblanos (chile relleno)! Read more

We had dinner at Covina Real with another couple. We had been there pre-pandemic and enjoyed it. This time, not as much. The... guacamole from the guacamole cart was good, but pricey at $30, and there wasn't that much of it. We waited a good 15 minutesafter that to get chips and salsa. I wanted coffee, which was on the menu, but it wasn't available according to the waiter. Timepassed while we waited for them to take our order, and after that we waited longer than expected for the food. I would say thefood was good, and we were going to finish off the meal with Mexican flan. But, like the coffee, it wasn't available. And thewaiter never offered anything else for a dessert instead of flan. It was not quite the outing we looked forward to having. Read more
I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant. We dined inside but outdoor dining is available. I had a very good blended... (frozen) house margarita. Most frozen margaritas come out of slushy machine, not here. They make the margarita then put it inthe blender to make it frozen. I prefer this method as I feel you get a better tasting drink ????. I had the Chimichanga Verdewhich is a chicken chimichanga in a spinach wrap then deep fried. It had a great flavor and would highly recommend thisparticular dish. The staff was very attentive and very pleasant. They do have a bar area, if you just wanted to stop by for agood margarita. Read more
This restaurant has the best service ever. I love their freshly made for you guacamole, the fajitas with freshly made tortillas... are amazing! The wait staff is prompt and very polite. Great prices that don't break the bank make this the best place to dine! Read more
