my pizza was severely underdone and got me sick. west allis location is so much better.
I ordered a simple pizza an hour ago. Normally when ordering, it takes 20-30 minutes for it to be delivered. My confirmation... email also stated that as the standard time. Now that it?s been an hour, I called to check on the status. The girl on the phonesaid it would be at least another 20 minutes!!!! Any company with any decency would inform clients if there is going to be adelay so that they can either plan around the delay or cancel, yet I did not receive any such consideration. Tried calling at 10:30pm and they didn't pick up. Tried ordering online at 10:45pm and it wouldn't go through. Good to know they... block orders after 10 so they can close early Read more

The pizza was delicious but I do not go to Domino?s. I was surprised no prices listed on the menu displayed. Paid $10 for a... small pepperoni on thin crust. I wish the guy would have told about their specials. I could have bought a large for the sameprice. Guy was very busy I did not want to ask a million questions about the pricing. I have ordered from this domino's at least 30 times since they opened for personal and work. Only one occasion I can recall... could I say one of the pizzas was poorly done. Staff has been polite each time. Had bad experiences with a couple otherlocations, but not here. If its not totally out of the way, use this domino's instead. Read more
Great food and fast service, but every time I've ordered two 2 liter diet cokes with my order only 1 gets delivered. OK, first... time, maybe someone made a mistake, second time something is seriously wrong. At $3 per 2 liter, I've been shorted $6 to date.Last time I'll be ordering from any Dominos. Read more
Ordered on 4th of July because we didn't feel like cooking for driving anywhere since we just drove 20 hours home. We live less... than a mile from the store, so I tipped the driver $3 on a $30 order, on top the 4.99 delivery fee that SHOULD BE GOING TO THEDRIVER. Not even a minute later I had a voice mail saying call us back immediately you order will be very delayed. My fiancecalls back and guy makes a comment "my driver just quit cause he said he isn't working for a $3 tip". I think a $3 tip for lessthan a mile away is more than enough on top of the delivery fee and whatever else the company should be paying him. To say thatto us and try to make us feel bad was inappropriate and unprofessional. They guy was also very flustered and kind of rude whenspeaking. Read more
