Unhelpful Employees. Everything was fine with my food however I spilled my water and there were zero napkins available and when... I asked for help from an employee she gave me three napkins (for my massive water spill) and I asked for more and she justignored me and walked away. I ended up using the bathroom paper towels (the brown ones) which as you know aren?t very absorbent.Wound up finding a bin of rags in the back hall to clean up my mess with, however, employees were zero help. This a review for all of Noodles and Company. 17$ for Mac and cheese with the flattest, smallest piece of "chicken" is absurd. I... understand there's inflation but that's just unacceptable. Read more
Please give credit to this amazing crew at Noodles in New Berlin. I had to ask for the specific names who work here... Makayla,... DeWayne, Jess, Lucia, and Isaiah are excellent employees who are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I'm a singlemom of two small kids and I rarely take my kids out to eat. From picky eating, to wild behavior, my kids are hard to dine outwith. The few times I go anywhere, we go to this Noodles. The only place both my kids will eat. The staff was very friendly,patient, and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to make my job as a mom alittle bit easier. I'm writing a review now but I have been here several times and seen these same faces treat my family withkindness!!! Thank you very much :) Read more
I never leave reviews like this, even when stuff is off a little bit, but this is just kinda pathetic, and it keeps... happening. We order extra sauce for our Penne Rosa dishes because we like a little more. It feel like they see we ordered extrasauce and purposfully put pretty much nothing on the actual food, and then proceed to put hardly ANY sauce in the side containerthat's supposed to be the extra. This was TWO extra sauces! That's 2.50 extra. This is pathetic. Read more
I got the roasted garlic cream tortelloni. Very delicious I recommend! Not very garlicky despite the name. Which to me is... perfect. Also love getting the mac n cheese will grilled chicken! Read more
I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable interior of Noodles & CO in New Berlin, WI. Not theallmetal interior of some fast... foods places. Very tasty Japanese Udon noodle bowl. Only down side was our noodles were served to us in what looked like plastic'to go' bowls. Read more
I used to eat here many years ago and was always left hungry a few hours later. I've recently been trying them out again and... really liked the Japanese pan noodles and the Spicy Korean beef noodles. This time I had the Penne Rosa. It was still good but Ilike the other 2 better. The only knock I can make is that I ordered the small and a drink and paid over 12 bucks. I asked theperson taking my order if it was a small and he said yeah. Cause I saw on the menu the regular size was 10.25. when I got myreceipt I was surprised that you get half as much for $9.00. I'm my opinion they need to lower the price of the small portion.It reminded me of why I stopped eating here 20 years ago. Pay well over $10 for a meal and still left hungry... Read more
