I don?t understand why Panera is so slow these days, even on a slow day. I ordered online, sat in the store waiting for my food... to get done. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. I was first on the list and I sat for 25 minutes, not a single order was put outwhile I waited. What are they doing back there? Read more

Panera bread has really good food. It's easy to order from there in store kiosk or online. My wife and I had a 24 coupon for up... to $15 and I'm glad we did. We ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl, not sure if it was like a half a bowl? Also a chicken sandwich adrink, and a bag of chips. You order also came with a French baguette roll. Panera bread has very tasty food and quite a varied menu. My wife and I had actually a coupon for one of those two four things?... So my wife picked a full sandwich and I had one of the bowls but I think it was only a half bowl of the teriyaki chicken (verygood), included was a French roll of some kind we also got a lemonade just one and a one bag of chips. Without the $15 coupon itwould have been $25! I don't know it just seems like it's certainly it's not worth that much? Read more
Got the full size Asian Chicken Crunch Salad with Roll and Green Tea to go for a picnic in the park. They forgot my roll, forgot... my utensils, and the chicken was mostly fat and this was definitely not a full size salad. Still hungry and I don't even have abig appetite. Disappointed! Read more
CUSTOMER SERVICE REDEMPTION- BRAVO PANERA BREAD & MANAGER JEFF C. On our most recent visit to Panera Bread in New Berlin WI,... our order took longer than expected. With most places being short staffed we didn?t think much about it. However, when wearrived at the near by hospital to enjoy the food and treat my daughter who just delivered our 1st grandchild we were sodisappointed because they forgot HER food in the order. (The reason we stopped in the first place?feed the new mommy and treather to some delicious Panera Bread treats. It was a fail. Ugh.) Long story short, the following day Panera Bread sent a followup email / survey regarding the order asking for feedback. I told them how disappointed I was in the experience. Jeff themanager reached out immediately and took it upon himself to make sure that he could make this right. HE HAD my daughtersfavorite Panera Bread FOOD DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTERS HOME the day after she was discharged. I?ve attached pictures of the orderand my cute grand baby. This breastfeeding mama devoured the smoothie so fast!! It was already gone when she took this pictureto show me. BRAVO JEFF!! Mistakes happen. Don't like going to the one in New Berlin. They are cold and don't seem to care if you come there or not. Bought a Dozen bagels... sliced. They could not have been more sloppy in their slicing. Go there only as a last resort! Read more
