I LOVE this place, I’ve visited many Texas Road House restaurants throughout the USA and they all Hold up to their awesome... standards. Finally able to try them got the 16oz steak very delicious, my wife got the steak kabob and she liked it and my son the 12oz... steak. Although being very busy staff always checked on us and were very friendly. Read more
I love Texas Roadhouse, but this one has Phenomenal service! Everyone is always willing to help, regardless if it’s “their... table “ or not. Food was amazing, and our waiter was always ON IT when it came to the rolls (extra points!) Best TRH in theareas hands down. Read more
Generally speaking the entrees were fine. I will give two stars for a decent prime rib and kids meals were well received. ... However the low rating is for the following reasons. - pulled a hair out of my mouth when eating my salad. Very light blonde.My family has brown or black hair. - the baked potato had something unappetizing going on.. see picture - well done steak wasmedium at best - missing horseradish - this was a pickup order and it was ready 20 minutes past the pickup time. Favorite Texas Roadhouse so far. Been going here for years. Has cookie cutter layout. Booths in two levels surrounding a U... shaped bar with restrooms furthest from the entrance. The call ahead seating was interesting. Was quoted 30-40 minutes andreceived a table read message in 22 minutes. The dining area is decorated with country music caricatures, cactus, armadillo,and wood paneling everywhere. The ceiling has the flag of each military branch except The New US Space Force. This last visitour host Lily (Lilith) took an exceptional step of asking if our baby wanted something and I found that to be above and beyondmy other experiences. My table had three and we got three of their famous bread rolls. The food quality was as excellent asever. I think on par with Outback. The horseradish was really strong and similar to the grocery store but not quite freshground. In the picture is a sirloin steak and grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp was served on a roll and pleasantly absorbeda bit of the grilled flavor. Steak was delicious and appeared cooked to the correct temperature. On the downside, it's clearthat there's a lot of hasty work. As much as I like this place I can no longer, in good conscience, rate at 5 stars. Even inthis time of inflation, there are some things they just don't do. Gone are the days of peanuts. Bread rolls are lessabundant. And the grilled shrimp is not served on a skewer. While I can understand the place was busy with every table in use,this restaurant is only open in the evening and this type of chaos isn't avoidable to me as the diner. Read more
The food is absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. I ordered my steak medium rare with shrimp, mashed potatoes... w/gravy. I The steak was excellent and the mashed potatoes were Heavenly. Even my Caesar salad was fresh and so good. The waiterand manager checked to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything. They didn’t over check in allowing me to enjoymy meal but checked in enough to make sure my needs were attended to. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend and will definitelybe coming back now that I moved to the area. Read more
we were very very disappointed. today was my husband's birthday, we called 2 hours before arrival and booked a place and asked... for a table inside the bar, arrived at exactly 4:00. but they put us near the toilet, it was insulting to tears, we begged foran explanation, but the workers didn’t want to listen to us at all, you just treated us horribly, you just ruined our holiday,my husband was really depressed, well, very disappointed, we often went to you, but unfortunately it will be our last, we werenot even congratulated. why are you so stubborn? what did it cost you to put us inside a bar? Why are you doing this to yourclients? when we left I cried. Read more
