Terrible experience this morning. Staff blamed it on being short staffed. Charged for 4 Boston cream, 2 jelly donuts and more.... Received only 12 cake donuts. Called the store. Got a voice-mail. Went to the store, 2 different rude staff members said theywere trying to make Boston cream and didn't have a baker. No one bothered telling us our order had been substituted and wedidn't get what we paid for. Worst experience ever. Do better. Read more

Wow I?m super annoyed at this stop right here I usually will go after my gym seshh and never had a problem but today just my... whole experience was ruined! I asked politely if they could make me the brown sugar sweet cold foam for me and she said yes thatthey could that they still had the syrup! Okay everything was fine we get to the window I over here one of them complain howpeople are complicated etccc implying at me maybe bc the item isn?t in stock nomore ? then once they hand me drink I drive awaynoticing that the cold foam is orange I didn?t ask for cold foam to be pumpkin ?!? Husband gets off and who ever was in chargegave him attitude wasn?t even wearing a name TAG? DON?T say you can make a drink if you can?t or don?t want to do it I caneasily pick something else on the menu. And for the person in charge I know my husband didn?t give you attitude soo if you can?thandle customer service leave your job bc that attitude was unnecessary. Overall Very dissatisfied. Read more
The lady that took my order this morning was great. I was at the drive through at 5 am. I didn't know what to order and told her... I like hot coffee and french vanilla, not too sweet. She said, "I've got you". She sure did. Best coffee purchased that was notmade at my home. Kudos to you! Read more
Dunking on Glenburnie Blvd was a great experience on the drive-thru. Wanted to surprise my staff with breakfast so I went to the... shop at 5am and didn't had any idea on what to order. The attendees made a great suggestion which was very economical. Food washot and fresh and the coffee mmmm great way to start the day. Read more
The last several orders I have made at the New Bern NC Dunkin Donuts have been a disaster. Both were mobile walk-in pick up... orders. On a pervious order, someone had deleted my order off their ordering system, so it was never made. I had to sit in thestore and wait for my order to be made, resulting in nearly being late for an appointment. This current order, the store didnot have my drink ready, but my food was. By the time I received my drink, the food was cold. It was not a large order neither,just a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The staff here needs better training on customer service, and perhaps some educationon displaying apologetic behavior. They act like getting an order corrected because it was wrong/missing items is a nuisance tothem. They offer no apology, and certainly no incentive to come back. I will not be ordering from this low-quality DunkinDonuts anymore, and I'll be recommending the same to others. Read more

GOT to the Glenburnie and it was 30 minutes before closing and was told they had NO DONUTS so then as we went to pay I observed... a worker throwing a pan with DONUTS on it in the trash SMH Read more
