Friendly service. I was greeted by 2 different people when I walked in. Service was fast and my sandwich was good. You can get... them with many options. There's a rack with firefighters gear that the kids can try on while they are there. Read more
I placed an order online. When my husband returned with the order we did not receive the 2 cookies we had paid for. No big deal.... So I called the store to get a refund on the 2 cookies. They gave the phone to the manager. I am 51 years old and have NEVERbeen spoken to so rudely in my life!!! I asked for his name and his reply, "I ain't giving you my name what is your name" andthen continued to over talk me and accuse me of over talking him. Needless to say I will never go to this establishment again!And I can tell from your manager that he really could careless. The customer service at this restaurant is a joke.
