Always happy have yet to have a bad meal here we eat here often.

I ordered hibachi salmon and the food was not what I expected at all. The salmon was thinly sliced, which makes salmon dry out... easily and they had some weird sauce on it that hid the salmon. Even their clear soup seems weak and odd tasting. The shrimptempura was really good. Read more

Nice place, they have a large selection of sushi. I ordered the bunto dinner box with an angry dragon roll. They taste great... together. The dragon roll says spicy but it's not bad, the spicy tuna had more kick. The interior makes Me feel like I Mightactually be inside a diner in Japan.(not that I actually know). Definitely worth stopping by. The prices are comparable tosimilar restaurants. Read more

We love grabbing sushi here with our family!! The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious!

If I could give this establishment more than five stars for service I would! Our wonderful server Amanda was beyond amazing! She... was so personable and just all around great at what she does. The food was great! We ordered 6 different rolls and all of themwere delicious! The ?mango love? roll was so fresh and refreshing however was slightly disappointed that it was only 3pieces. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other specialty rolls as everything we had was delicious and theservices was perfect! Read more

Visiting New Bern for the first time and craving sushi, we Googled hoping to find a sushi place that didn't disappoint. Ginza... Japan popped up as one of the top rated ones. So we gave it a shot. Amanda quickly guided us through the menu and gave ussuggestions on what to get. The first day we visited during lunch time and it wasn't that crowded but dinner time is a totallydifferent story! The place is small but can get really busy. The food tastes fresh. The sushi is spot on. Great flavor andreasonably prices. I personally loved spicy girl roll, lover roll and the angel roll. My partner got spring rolls and thw rockand roll sushi roll, he also got sushi mi and sushi. Their miso soup is fire too. We ended up going 4 times in 1 week!! First time dining here. I was impressed, they had a solid menu of unique rolls. I tried several and 2 apps. Spicy Crab... Salad Tuna Nuggets Fantastic Roll Angry Dragon Roll Tuna Hand Roll Crab Crunch Roll +spicy mayo The crab salad wasexceptional. The tuna nuggets (No rice) were also excellent. the waitress was such a lovely soul. she reccomended things to me and added spicy mayo to the thing I wanted, no problem. my... food was so yummy, and I highly reccomend them. it was a very relaxing place to eat. I have no doubt in my mind that any oftheir sushi would be phenomenal. also! I'm not usually a fan of ginger but their ginger dressing for the salad changed my mind.not to mention they have fair prices!! Read more
