So they got my order wrong ???? however the guy who messed it up was in training so I was patient with him and he was... apologetic. The manager was friendly and prioritized our order! (We went inside) our chicken was hot and fresh. The only downfall is this location used to have a delicious buffet ???? but I don't think they offer it anymore. ???? Read more
They have no lobby service and their headsets are out so you have to wait in a long line to make your order and then you are not... greeted or asked what your order is. Some person just glares at you in a very unfriendly manner. I drove away. I am tired ofrude people acting rudely. If a company wants my business they will pay enough to attract people who will provide good customerservice. I do not blame the woman working the window today for her extreme rudeness, I blame the company that put her in thatsituation, therefore I will not be returning to any KFC. Read more
Living 1/2 hour away, I called first to see if a bucket of only legs and and thighs were doable, I was told it was. Having... driven the half hour to get dinner, I go through drive up and speak with the same young man who I spoke with on the phone. AgainI ask if the bucket of legs and thighs were available, again being reassured it was I place my order. Imagine finding breastsand wings in the bucket, buried under the two thighs and two legs. This was on Aug.1st, 2022 at 4:45 PM in the afternoon, beforedinner rush. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER after driving half hour to get there!!! Double check and recheck your order. Read more
Ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 sides and they gave me a 2 piece with no sides. Went back to get it taken care of and cashier went... to get the manager twice and she never came so I had to catch her myself. I ended up waiting 45 mins to get my order straightand was late getting back to work from lunch. Won't be going back it's not really the cleanest either Read more
I went to the drive through and service was very poor. The lady had an attitude from the start. I asked for popcorn chicken and... had to wait ten minutes. The time on my receipt was wrong and my chicken look like old refried chicken. I will be reporting toHR. Read more
My disappointment in this place is total. After waiting several minutes in the drive through for the person ahead of us to be... able to order and move on, we also had to wait several minutes to have our order taken. It got worse from there. I ordered araspberry tea, clearly on the menu, only to be told they don't have it. I ordered a lemonade, one for each meal ordered. Onemeal was a two piece with an extra side. The other meal was a 5 piece tenders (tender is a laugh, more like jerky). I was notasked if I wanted a sauce. I did ask for french fried and cole slaw. When I got to the window, and my payment was finally taken.I was given drinks, both very weak, yet very sweet iced tea, not lemonade like I requested. When I told the person working thewindow that I received iced tea, and not the lemonade I ordered, the response was "Did you?". The drinks were replace in acouple of minutes, I tried to give the unwanted drinks back but was curtly told "keep them"....I did not want them....When Itook a sip of the lemonade, it was so sweet it caused me to choke...But that could just mean KFC's lemonade was just thatbad....Eventually the food was handed out the window...I should have checked everything, but my patience was shot, and I'dalready been there close to 20 minutes...This started at about 6:20 pm.....Got home to my sauce-less fried chicken jerky todiscover no french fries, no cole slaw, but two things of green beans.
