I was experiencing a very hard time, anxiety, to be specific, and without calling attention to that, several team members... effortlessly and without drawing attention, eased the social interaction stress, and delivered a meal, just like I had in mymind, maybe even better than I had imagined in a best case scenario. Very quickly and effortlessly, they changed a potentiallyembarrassing and unfullfilling experience into the changing point of a bad day into a day of joy and good memories. Food was cold. I had to ask for dipping sauce it wasn't offered at either window. Atmosphere didn't count I went drive-thru.
Unfortunately it would seem as though this McDonald?s gets worse with time. The kids working the drive thru are quite rude and... the order was missing items. Also, fast food is not very fast here as they consistently pull cars forward our place them in the?reserved drive thru? parking. In hurry? Be prepared to wait. Read more
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no mustard no ketchup onions on the side and add mayo. Onions all over sandwich. Ordered... filet of fish with tarter and cheese on the same side of the bun. I'm diabetic so I take off the top or bottom bun but wheneverything is on 2 separate buns I can't do it. Diabetes is a medical condition.I Ordered 2 cups of ice but charged me for 2sweet teas. I called the manager. He said I should have requested to speak to a manager I said that's what I'm doing. He saidno when I was there I said sir how was I supposed to know that I needed to talk to a manager if I've never had this issue. Hecalled me a liar and hung up on me and I called back to get cooperation number they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. Then hungup again. Read more
Can we normalize actually filling up the CUP? No matter what drinkni get i never actually get a full cup of drink. I pay an... upcharge for the frappe and I ordered a large but this obviously would have fit into a medium cup. Prices are to high for whatwe are getting. Read more
The service was quick and the food was hot, as it should be. That's the good. Now, I ordered on the app for my 30 min drive to... the house. Wife's order was almost perfect, 10 nuggets, BBQ sauce and medium fries. Issue with her order was the taste of herCoke. It had a weird taste to it, maybe from the water used for the ice? My order was close but missed by tomatoes and bacon. Iordered the new Chicken Sandwich Deluxe minus tomatoes and add bacon. No bacon. (Cardinal @#$#ing sin in my opinion, especiallyconsidering it was an extra charge) And 3 slices of tomatoes were proudly displayed on top of the sandwich. No. No. No. Then Ilooked at the recipt and none of the "customizing" I ordered was listed. Why offer it as an option if it isn't going to conveyto the location and reciept? Read more
Very busy but they get you in and out fast. Most times order is accurate. If made wrong they fix immediately.
