Last time going to Burger King feel sick after trying to eat this. Hair on the big Mac. No ice in the ice coffee the pop taste... like carbonated water. Spicy chicken sandwich was dripping cold grease. Nuggets was old. 55$ & time wasted. Going to flatrockMcDonald's from now on. Read more
If I could put zero stars I would. Manager absolutely disrespectful towards staff using very vulgar language to the staff in... the front loudly. Having my two children hear those thing in a restaurant is just appalling to me. Sickening a grown woman canspeak to these young boys in that manor. Shame on you. Staff being scolded about wardrobe tucking in shirts, playing with pantsand adjusting and going straight back to touching food. Overall in disgust with this Burger King. Read more
This Burger King is the best!! I drive past 2-3 Burger Kings on my way home from work and choose to get food at this one every... time. Service is great! I usually go through the drive through sometimes with my dog. They?re always friendly to both of us. IfI don?t get food immediately (which is normally the case) it?s because it?s being made fresh. I?m completely okay with waitingan extra 2+ minutes to get hot, fresh food rather than something that has been sitting for who knows how long. Read more

Horrible customer service! There is a sign on the cash register that reads short staff use kiosk or wait for cashier. I waited... for 15minutes while being walked pasted Multiple times by three different employees. I finally ask if someone would take myorder because i am a truck driver and needed to get back on the road. I was met with such rudeness, eye rolling, and lipsmacking. The young lady(about 5?8 and blond hair) began arguing with me on the line in front of customers. I told her insteadof arguing that she could be placing my order. She aggressively walked over to the cashier ( still arguing) and said what do youwant? I said you know what I?m fine and walked away. That was the most horrible customer service I ever experienced. Something to be said even during Covid no lines because food is horrible. I have lived in New Boston for more than 20yrs only... fast food location will drive to another community to give them my business. Flat soda, cold fries, don't even want to mentionabout the sandwich. So please if you don't want to waste your money don't stop at BK in New Boston it's not your way but on itsway to the garbage. My whopper Jr bun was BURNT..!! There was no onion on my burger. The sloppiness made me not want it. Didn't get the mustard... added, seemed like the fries was redipped because they was a tad bit brown. The icee machine is serving runny liquid. Likeoverall I had a bad experience.
