We were at the store in New Boston on 8/20/22. We ordered 2 of the roast beef sandwiches for 2 for 6.00. The beef was dry and... tough like it was a day old and the buns were over toasted and were a day old as well. Needless to say it will be quite a whilebefore we return to your store. Average place. Had to wait on regular fries because most people eat the curly fries.
On 7/27/22 my son and husband went to get the fish & fries & brought them home to eat . There were 3 very small pieces of fish (... very small) and tasted terrible really there was no taste to them . And they were $6 . 99 not wort it in my opinion. I put minein the trash . Believe me it won?t be a good seller. Long Johns Silvers is so much better and you get more . Read more
No customer service skills at all from the drive thru cashier. Asked for my order to be cut off in the middle of my first word.
Food was good - dining experience terrible. Was only one clean table and no one else was there! They were out of straws? Walmart... is next door; go get some! Fountain pop was not mixed correctly. Most misserable part was room temperature was 55 degrees!Complained once, said they would turn up heat. Cold air still was still blowing on my neck whole time. Had to keep my coat onand zipped. The advertised time they closed was 10pm. Went there and they closed early. This has happened quite a bit. Corporate needs to be... advised of this. You just can't close whenever you want to when you have advertised other wise. Read more
