It's a burger King, staff was nice, food was hot.
My husband and I went to this Burger King and they were busy and behind on orders. We had to wait, which I didnt mind. What... stood out to me was the gentleman Daniel working there. There was a worker going a little slow (turns out his blood sugar waslow and he was having a bit of a hard time). Now most coworkers at that point would be frustrated and berate or yell at theslower worker. Daniel did not, he encouraged Jacob and stopped to help him and get the orders caught up. No yelling, noscreaming just plain encouragement that they were a team and could get the orders cleared. Both Daniel and Jacob are excellentworkers and deserve recognition. Constantly says their ice cream machine is down whenever I order a shake off of doordash. Don't worry imma just stick with... McDonald's. Read more
The guy working the drive thru was so nice and friendly. They were very quick with my order too. I will definitely stop here... again when traveling through New Boston. Read more
Could stand to be cleaner. Received the wrong order belonging to another customer. Original Chicken Sandwich was extremely... hot, had to wait a long time before it could be eaten. Attentive, congenial counter service. Read more
Employees were very nice and being very safe. I even observed an employee take food outside curbside come back in, immediately... wash her hands, sanitize and put on new gloves before assisting the next customer. Great job, and great example of doing yourpart. Read more
I read the reviews and thought we would pass it up.....but glad we didn't! After more review reading I determined it depends on... what staff is working and what day your there on service and quality. We chanced it and it was a good move Staff was friendlyand helpful. Food was fast, hot, good and correct. The restaurant was clean, but understocked on the drink/condiments bar.Restroom wasn't filthy, but could have been cleaner. It is a shared restroom with a gas station. I am glad we stopped. Read more
