When in there with my family to have some dinner and tables where not clean and when we go sat they had us waiting for over 20... minutes and no one came over to give us a drink or anything. Took approximately 30 minutes from ordering to arrival of Whats supposed to be a medium rare-medium t bone. Most employees are... not even wearing a uniform, steak arrived over cooked and meat is not even seared nor is it of any quality or even close to thepicture in the menu. I must say staff is at least nice, although one just seems to be arguing with another customer. My serverwears a mask but no gloves and her thumb was practically in the steak she served. We always had good service and food. However, the last 3 times we went in to eat, the service was really slow. The last time... we went in, the service wasn't just slow, it was nonexistent. We were seated and then just abandoned. We watch one waitress onher cell phone. We watched another one socializing with a family seated right by us. She even looked at us and then lookedaway. We sat there for almost 40 minutes and not even a drink order was taken. They were not busy either. People taking upbooths but no one was sitting at any tables. We got up and left. The food is good when it's made right, it's a little cold sometimes though. The service is spotty at best. The first time I... ordered a sampler appetizer they charged me for three full sized apps. The kitchen staff is noisy and rude. They need to realizethat they can be heard in the dining room. The food is usually good and I'll go back again I'm sure. This was kind of an odd meal service. We were seated immediately and our order taken right away. Our waitress was very nice, and... very attentive. My breakfast food was great, except my bacon was very burnt. My husband's skillet was just okay--not enoughmushrooms to his liking and he was still hungry after finishing it. Here's where it took an odd turn: apparently someone stoleour waitresses tip money off of a table. They were slinging the B word at each other and threatening to quit and it got...loud.Our waitress did come apologize after her money was returned, and I felt her pain (she worked hard for her money and deserved toget to keep it!) but it was awkward. If we lived locally, though, it wouldn't keep up from returning: yall stop here for yourmeal. Read more
Ridiculous to have to sit and wait over 30 mins for our food and on top of that see my husband's burger in the window for a full... 13 minutes! Then we get our food and my order wasn't even what I ordered. Made this stop because my husband has stopped heremany a times and wanted to treat me to a meal here. I'm sorry they are short staffed but definitely not what I'm paying for. Andon top of that another waitress came and told me this was NOT my order...yes I know this but I waited long enough so I'm eatingit! Just sharing my experience for this location. We went in at 5pm on Thursday July 28, 2022. We got to out table just fine. When we needed a refill on our drinks, we had to... take our glass up to them. It took my sister in law 20 minutes to get some melted butter. I got the All American, and she askedme what kind of toast I wanted. I NEVER got it. Read more
