There pizzas are really great. The thin crust lacks cheese so I would add extra chesse.
This is very bad Pizza Hut. We placed our order online to be delivered. Then we received a phone call from this business... explaining that they don?t have a driver to make deliveries. So we walked to pick up our pizza. It?s was very dirty andunsanitary inside. We didn?t witness any sanitary practices being followed. No gloves were worn while touching food, no hairnetswere worn. Great employees and customer service and here's a thing people need to understand stand the employees inside the store HAVE NO... CONTROL OF THE APP as in they don't mark the orders as ready to pickup. The app does it on its on time not taking into accounthow busy or short staffed the store is. Read more
I arrived for my order when the app said it was ready. I pulled up to the window as instructed by the app. I was told my food... was not ready an that I needed to pull around. I pulled around for 22 minutes and after being fed up, went inside and saw 3employees standing around. I asked for my food and the employee pulled it from the warmer. If I had not come in, I would've satout there for hours apparently. Do not mark orders ready when they are not and pay attention to who you have asked to drivearound. Read more
Their management has gone downhill. Last time I went, they didn't have my wings ready with my food because "the other employees... ate them". Their own words. This time they sent me around to the side to wait for my food. A fair request. They then forgotabout me and had me wait an extra 20 minutes till I went in to get it myself. Needs some serious leadership. Read more
The gentleman working the drive-thru window was extremely polite, expedient and friendly. Our order was ready when we arrived,... and the order was exactly correct. This was an improvement upon some past visits, and on New Years Eve no less. Muchappreciated! Read more
Normally I have good experience ordering from the New Boston Pizza Hut. But this time it wasn't all that great. I received the... worst pizza I ever got from here. I decided to try the new Detroit pizza. It looked very delicious from the previews. I orderthe meat lovers one on the online page and requested to add onions and diced tomatoes to it. I was charged for both, but neverreceived my tomatoes on it and it had very little onion on it. Wasn't happy to be charged for something I never received. Butthat's not the worst part. They never added the pizza sauce that's suppose to come with it. I ate two slices, but it was verydry and bland without sauce. The only sauce I had was that tiny little cup they give you for breadsticks. Which by the way,isn't enough sauce for five breadsticks. I'm not a happy customer. If I lived close by I would have sent it back and request fora new pizza or my money back. But I'm not driving 20 minutes away again for another pizza. So instead I decided to leave areview.
