Just tried to make a order here and got pushed to the side. You people need to remember some of us can't stand up and wait. We... have drove all day hauling your freight. It's hot. The average person cut us off in traffic. You hate us but you need what wehaul . All I wanted was a frosty for my dog. But I m not important enough to get waited upon because I'm just a truck driverthat is dirty hot and tried. Oh and I am a white woman. So my live order is not important. I passed thru and stopped here for lunch and it was some of the worse service received. After placed the order someone came in... and was related to one of the workers and placed order that was incorrect with a coupon and was still allowed to use it. Thenwhile me and one other person waited ahead of this gentleman his food was put ahead of ours. Save your money this place is not acustomer based bussiness it's a we do what we want bussiness. Extremely poor service. Had to go inside after going through drive thru and ask for my food multiple times all while I saw even... bigger orders go out that were AFTER me. All I ordered was a 4 piece kids meal that I literally saw sitting to the side justwaiting to be put in a bag. Every time I go there they make us pull up no matter the amount ordered and we have to wait wellover the time it should take to even cook it. It's ridiculous. Read more
Food was hot, tasted good and came quickly. Only issue was we asked for half chocolate, half strawberry frosty which we were... told was possible but ended up with 2 chocolate ones even though the slip said half and half for both. So we still haven'tgotten to taste the strawberry yet. Read more
