Worst customer service I have ever had! Quick seating no wait but it took over 30 minutes just for some to acknowledge us and... give us water. Finally we called a waiter and she helped. 1 hours later no food and someone came up and said I'm your waiter canI take your order. For check out no one came we had to go find someone to give us our check! A bunch of teens working that aredisrespectful and have no work ethic! Read more
Waited over an hour to get our food. There was other groups seated but they were far from ?busy? Had empty drinks on our table... for a good 20+ min When our food finally came most was cold. Husband had hard rice. Just all around horrible experience. Read more
The salad, taco, soup combo was unique and very tasty. A nice little twist on a fajita taco by adding refried beans, melted... cheese and smoke salsa....delicious. Great ambiance. Glad we stopped by. Read more

We always enjoy Adobe Verde but it's more about the atmosphere of the place and of Gruene than the best Mexican food you've ever... eaten. The quality is ok but it's not the best in town. We had chips and queso with salsa to start and it was pretty good. Thesalsa was a little bland this time but it's been better in the past. The queso had a good flavor though. My wife had thequesadilla and it was not good. Honestly this is what took them from five to four stars. The tortillas were a little stale, nopeppers or anything but a minimal amount of cheese between the very lightly grilled tortillas. Not thier best. I had the fishtacos which were really good. The fish is fried, and probably frozen, but the spicy sauce and corn tortillas were very good. Theblack beans and rice were also really good. We eat here several times a year so hopeful next time they will be back to thehigher quality of the past. Read more
It was good. First top shelf margarita was great second was all mix. Salsa was on the spot. Once the server got to us she was... wonderful. Food was good for what it was. Would go back back wouldn?t be my top choice. Bathrooms were clean. Had a good cleanenvironment. Read more
