I always stayed away from this place because the line is usually stacked up, but the kids begged me and I was exceptionally hot... and thirsty one afternoon so we stopped in. I never knew how much I loved snow cones; maybe the Hawaiian shaved ice thing wasthe game changer but i am now officially a snow cone lover. You can?t go wrong with shaved ice! Good service and good desserts.
I ordered online because this location always has a long line for the drive thru and now I know why. I go inside to get/wait for... my order to be prepared and fully realized and understood that I would have to wait a little longer than the estimated timeemailed to me. After noticing how fast customers that were ordering from the counter were getting their orders before me, Istarted to wonder. This was 25 minutes after I made the order. I asked one of the eight kids working if they had my order andthey started to talk about it amongst themselves with no answer to me. After waiting another 15 minutes I got the attention ofanother kid and asked about my order and mentioned what time I ordered. Finally, after another 5 minutes, they started to makemy order. Just handed it over, no words of how they forgot or anything. I feel that nothing will result from this but it's wortha shot. Came to try this place out, had the mango Piccadilly with chamoy- it was so good! My son had the cookies-n-cream smoothie, it... was too liquidated for him. And wife had the watermelon Piccadilly. Staff was nice. There was seating available so we satinside. They do have a drive thru as well. Read more
The acai berry smoothie was a bit too sweet for me. Can't wait to go back and try the coconut shaved ice.
