I dined in today, unbeknownst to me the place where you would usually order was blocked off. I'm fine with that. This female... associate in a blue shirt that informed me that the line was closed off, wasn't really polite or even listening to when I askedher why it was blocked off. She was too busy talking to a friend and laughing, paying ZERO attention, no name tag on, or I wouldhave put her name on here. She was shouting out orders on the make line so im assuming that shes a manager of some sort andsetting a bad example for the rest of the employees.The gentleman at the counter was very polite and attentive, as well as thegentleman who bought the order to the table. I didn't appreciate how everyone on the make line was joking and laughing, insteadof focusing on making the food quickly and promptly. At all of the other Bill Miller's that I've been to, they are serious anddedicated to delivering the food quickly, with no distractions. If you don't mind immaturity when having your order made then byall means you can come to this Bill Miller's location. Tables also could have been cleaned up better. Read more

After ordering in drive through and waiting 10 min in line after paying they told me to park because my salad wasn?t ready. I... waited 15 min in the front and no one came out with my order. So I had to go in and ask for my order and it turns out it wasjust sitting there. Please don?t waste your time here. At least through the drive through. Read more

The crew went to lunch twice.....the reason for the 2 star is that we waited about 5mins for tenders and only after we went to... ask for the food. They said it would be a 15min wait since the tenders were frozen. The following week we went for lunchagain, big mistake. Again, we waited for chicken not just me but a total of 4 guys. Super frustrating. Ordered a thing of pancakes and we were told to pull up to the front because they turned off the stovetop. So... we waited what was supposed to be 5 minutes, turned into 20. All because the dining room girl didn?t bother to look to see whythere was food sitting there at her counter. One star is one to many !!first off I was so excited when this bill millers opened as a life long customer and going there with... my family as kid I couldn?t wait !! I woke up the first day it opened all excited like Christmas to only arrive and my ordercompletely wrong?. I thought ok new hires a lot of training going on no big deal .. but since then they have messed up my ordera total of 12 times .. missing fries , no bbq sauce wrong order etc.. but today took the cake it being almost 100 degrees out Iwanted a bill millers sweet tea so I said how bad can they mess up my sandwich. Well they did !!! This time I bite into thelongest hair ever I almost choked.. they also gave me a spoon to eat coleslaw and no bbq sauce.. The dine in area was closed, so we decided to do curbside and eat it in the car. 30 minutes later we still didn't have tacos,... just 6 tacos and 2 teas. We called and nobody answered for a while. The drive through came and went, but we didn't want to causetrouble n go to drive through since our order was already in. Finally someone answered and didn't even had our tacos orsolution. Finally able to dine in at this Bill Miller. I ordered the poor Boy plus (brisket/sausage). Unfortunately I got more fat than... meat on my brisket. So it was a waste. Sausage was okay, but not the best I?ve eaten. My husband ordered the Turkey/dressingplate. He said it was delicious, but very disappointed that they only gave him one slice of turkey. I wish I would have gotten apicture, because it seemed to be a small slice for a kid. He even went back to the employee to ask if they forgot to give himanother slice. They said No, that?s how the plate comes.???? He had to order a turkey sandwich just to fill him up. They nolonger had the food line or serves to take your order. Instead you go to the kiosk and order & pay for your food. The overallexperience was disappointing. I know Covid limits possibly serving food, but to not have a live employee take your order is notreally going out to eat. It felt like online ordering.
