I cant believe how much I just spent (and tipped the sushi chef and waiter) on my to go order only for the shrimp tempura inside... our rolls to be old,stale and hard as a rock. They were so hard we had to spit it out. We also got the New Braunfels roll whichwe were excited to try only for the "meat" in that to also be horrible and chewy. Absolutely awesome Japanese restaurant! Loved everything about it! Went there for lunch on a Saturday in New Braunfels. This... place is quitely tucked away in a shopping center, but you don't want to miss it! I ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer, whichcame with vegetables. I also ordered the hibachi rice as a side. All for $15 with the lunch special!!! It was like eating afull meal and I took some to go. The food was delicious and the tempura sauce was excellent! The atmosphere was low key, whichmade for a pleasant dining experience. There are authentic hibachi grills available to have your food prepared in front of youfor an exciting culinary adventure. Been many times and honestly, both the service and food have gone downhill! The only thing good was the Cowboy Roll. Our Filet... Mignon with Lobster was very disappointing. The service was even worse. Probably won?t be going back there again. Read more

Great food! Portion sizes were perfect and so yummy. Drinks are also really good and prices phenomenal. Very speedy services and... the staff were so kind. I will definitely come back in the future.
