I had gone through the drive thru. Ordered a double whopper w/cheese. Paid, pulled away. Took a bite and realized the meat was... burnt. Almost like it had been on broiler for a hour. DISGUSTING. Im still surprised that this location is still open. One of the staff was very rude. I understand that there were only 2 people... working at the time but it does not mean the staff have the right to be rude to their customers. Morning shift is usually ok forthe most part but it doesn't really seem like some of them care or know what they are doing even if they have been there foryears. I have seen alot of them not even following the food saftey guidelines and it never seems to matter. Read more
Didn't get their names, Younger adults working this evening. They were quick , got my order right , and everything was hot and... fresh. Ice cream machine was down but they gave us Hershey pies instead and they were delicious. Thanks you !!! Read more
Terrible. After a long day at work sometimes you just want to grab something good and fast ... I've given this place so many... tries and every time the food is cold and soggy like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. All ... day. Maybe not evenunder a heat lamp ... it tastes like they made it yesterday and served it to you anyway. I really love Burger King forsentimental reasons but why are they such trash nowadays? Geez. Should be closed by the Health Department! 3 people working but no one seems to know what they are doing. Person making food... touching his face and other things then back to touching the food. Requested to cancel my order after 20 min of waiting andwatching the derelicts.... another 5 min to try to get my money as they couldn't figure out how to do that either. Destiny was super cool and honestly the only employee that didn?t yell at me to pull forward lol. The Dr Pepper was mid I must... say. Went through drive through went quick and got my order with no problems what so ever. They were surprisingly fast. I depend on... this location when I know everywhere else around takes forever to serve customers. Very happy with the wi dow attendant as wellshe was very nice and helpful. Read more
