This used to be one of our favorite place but lately it?s been disappointing every time we go by while we are in New Braunfels.... A few days ago our order was mess up and didn?t realize until we got home. We called the place and talk to the manager by thename Angela and she give us her word that the order would be replace and to stop by at our convenience. We did a few days agoand we were disappointed again. A hispanic manager that was on duty that day we went back was very rude and unprofessional inapproaching us with bunch of questions and making a big deal out of it. It was just frustrated just talking to him because herefuse to replaced our order or believe us and didn?t replace it after all only half of the order anyway. It was veryunprofessional of himself as a manager to be rude. We regretted after all going back that day because the chicken had a badtaste that got us very sick and that conviene us not stop going by there again it just not the same no more. It?s just a shame. Placed an order that included chicken livers. Send it would be about 8 min. 10 minutes later they say they are out of livers.... They reimbursed the cost but got attitude from an employee. The rest of the food was cold and stale. Will not return. Read more
Food was excellent and staff is great. Very clean on the inside. Very deceiving as the outside and especially signage is lacking... in appearance. Definitely don't judge this book by it's cover! Read more
Horrible... use to love this place. Last couple of times, tenders were just little pieces of hard crust with very little chicken... inside. Gravy was watered down or just thin? Mashed not much better... Gave the benefit of doubt thinking they were just havinga bad day, but was just as bad (if not worse) second time around weeks later... Sorry Bush's, have lost my business... :( Read more
They raised the prices on the the food and didn?t update their site so when we arrived the meal we thought was gonna be 25 bucks... was 40 dollars what the actual hell. Also they removed the prices on their menu at all locations. That?s bad business practiceand for that no one should eat here anymore. Outrages! I hope this place goes outta business Read more
I used to like this place just came back from this location. Let me tell you something. I love chicken I ate at chicken express... 2 days before eating at bushes chicken. Both places are using cheaper bater or something the crust didn?t stay on from eitherplace. I call it covid prices, they fell fir this hole hoax and the world shut down, now everyone that sells food is giving usless for more. This batter is not the same from chicken express or bushes. I also ordered gizzards the ones they gave me seemedabout 3 hours to long under the light. Crust wouldn?t stay on them either. Hard as a soft rock. I would avoid all fast foodchicken places. People taking the orders are always nice. The chicken is good. First time trying buffalo fries, they are pretty good.
Went here to get a hardy meal and was left disappointed with cold old food and over charged for the wrong order. Please dont... mistake I love bushes this one in particular just sucks Read more
