Love that they have a whole system set up with their drive through to make it flow so much easier. They have people out there... taking your order remotely! The gentleman who took our order was friendly and patient. Our whole order was correct and food wasgreat! They unfortunately didn?t have Buffalo dipping sauce for our tenders but no biggie. Their waffle fries are our favorite.Along with the Oreo shakes. I love their cookies too!! Read more

It seems that managers and owners of this store have no concern for the safety of their employees. They require them to park... across the street and walk across 5 lanes of busy traffic to get to work. Every time I drive down Walnut there are Chick Fil-Aemployees crossing the road to get to work. Do Better! Read more

***READ ALL THE OTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS! *** Spend your money elsewhere. Obviously the poorly trained staff, management and... corporate do not care if their custimers are getting horrible service. This location gets WEEKLY ONE star reviews. Let mestart by saying that I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!! So imagine my disappointment when I come in and I see tons of employees but they areall chitchatting and showing eachother things on their cell phones. I get it! But when a Customers walk in, there is anexpectation to at least be acknowledged. NOPE!! Then I order and the person taking my order is barely audible. Get myreceipt and sit to wait for my to go. Get my food only to find that my order was incorrect. Placed a second order to get thecorrect stuff and sit and wait. 15 minutes pass by while I am sitting and I notice the crew giggling around a phone. I walkup, wait until they are done and ask for my food. It was sitting on the counter behind them! UGH! I nearly lost it as mywhole family was waiting for our food. I rarely give a low Star rating but if this Chick-fil-a can't get their crew to puttheir phones away when there is work to be done, they will have problems. It would have been a good experience but the little guy taking my order seemed like he was preoccupied with something else! He... didn't tell me I needed to pull up to menu and when he finally did, he stood in front of the menu where I could not see it. Ihad to ask him to move over so I could see the menu. Then he keep getting my order wrong and I had to repeat the order severaltimes! I've always have had a great experience with Chick-fil-A when ordering inside the restaurant or in drive thru. Theoverall customer service had always been superb but this time was different! Read more

Love Chic-Fil-A but super disappointed with my salad at this location. I tried called the number listed and it doesn't direct my... to anyone at the store and there is no customer support email online. I ordered a market salad because I love the mixture offruit included and literally all of the fruit in my salad was no good. Apples were pale and bruised, almost completely yellowand mushy and my strawberries looked disgusting. I'm like 88% sure one of my strawberries had mold at the bottom ofit. Definitely double check your salads before pulling out of the lot. Read more

As always, Chick-fil-A is so pleasant and willing to work with you on your order to make sure you get what you want. I was... having trouble redeeming my Birthday Reward during breakfast and Amanda explained everything to me about using it during lunchhours. Thanks Amanda and Chick-fil-A for good food and good service. Also, even though Chick-fil-A drive-through is socrowded, they are always so fast to work through all the cars. It?s amazing how fast they can handle so many cars in such ashort period of time. How ingenious that they cut a door into the drive through to make things go faster! Love it! ???????? Read more

This is by far the worst chick fil a store we?ve had.We love chick fil a. We moved From Nc to Pa to Tx, we never had issues... from food and service. Slowest drive through service and crews are not even pleasant. One lady handed us the order saying?hereyou go? then walked away. I said thank you and she just said ?sure?Lmao. I guess I?m just not used to this kind of service fromchick fil a staff knowing they are always smiling&friendly.This store always gives us wrong orders most of the time. We are aregular chick fil a customer and this is saddest chicken bowl we got. Read more
