Food is fine, although they need to cook their fries longer. Nobody likes undercooked soggy fries. My issue is how they handle... the drive through. I received my food while two other cars were still ahead of me. I then waited over 10 minutes on those twocars to get their stuff just so I could leave. Ridiculous. Read more
Just drive the extra 10 mins to Walnut. Every time we?ve eaten here over the passed year, something in our order has either been... wrong or taken an absurd amount of time AND been wrong. Every time we come here our expectations are extremely low, and somehowthey somehow fail to meet them. To their credit, they do sometimes try to ?make it right? with cookies or a gift card, but is acorrect order delivered in a reasonable amount of time too much to ask? Apparently here it is. We?ve eaten at this location forthe last time and will just drive the extra 10 mins to Walnut, where they consistently get it right. Read more
I ordered a large kale salad and they handed me a very large container about a quarter of the way filled up they said that it?s... wet out properly I said if you take out the scale and put it in one of your small containers I bet it fits perfectly. Also theyput them put the nice called kale salad in the same bag as a warm bowl of chicken soup nothing like having a warm kale salad. Read more
Their staff is the friendliest, most helpful and professional of any Chick-fil-A I have EVER experienced in all my years of... enjoying Chick-fil-A! They make you feel like family and they have a huge number of regular customers to prove it. It is cleanat all times. This Chick-fil-A is worth going out of your way for! Read more
My family has enjoyed grabbing a bite to eat from this location until recently. Our orders have been wrong or missing items on... multiple occasions, the wait has been longer than usual, and employees not so friendly. I understand there may be a shortage ofstaff, but not an excuse to treat customers such way. Read more

Only complaint (which unfortunately ruined the meal) is the amount and quality of our waffle fries. The fry container seemed to... be half empty and the fries were "Bottom of the basket" fries/leftover fries. Some sort of quality check would've been nicehere. On the other hand, my wife said that her original chicken sandwich was juicy and thick therefore, very good. I tried thegrilled chicken club which was good, but not worth the price. Read more
