Gotta say I'm impressed. They been trying so hard to make it thrive. I wanna say thanks for night team for making everything... right and perfect!!! I always get the 3 for me the chicken pasta and always add extra side in the dish - (broccoli andmushroom). My favorite drink - black berry sweet tea and my extra bag chips and sauce. I just wish for online order they have abutton options were we can add our own customization . Read more
Unfortunately as you can see in most reviews that the experience here is not good. There was hardly anybody on a Friday night,... odd...chilis used to be so packed. Anyways food was cold and took a long time meaning it had to been sitting under heat lampsfor a long time or was old. I only chose 1 star because it wouldn?t let me choose 0. Just left there without eating after being there over an hour,... questioning multiple times where our food is? so many people came in after us and got their food way before us. Got told by thewaiter that they probably ?bumped? our order.. once we got the food it wasn?t even luke warm. Horrible service. Did not eat.Spoke to the manager, and left. Read more
Just this week alone we have made 2 trips only to be told there is an hour wait. The restaurant is probably less than half full,... what we are told is the kitchen is backed up. I understand that many places are understaffed. Only issue I have is there are 4or 5 workers standing around. I'm sure they can drop fries and flip hamburgers. What happened to team work, one part of thegroup is down somebody move in and help out. I didn't even see a manager. If your hungry or short for time don't eat here. Read more
Horrible service . Most of the restaurant wasn?t even packed and not many people were there .I saw 3 girls that were supposed to... be assigning seats and giving menus to people but instead they were flirting with 2 guys and acting like they didn?t have a joband for 40 minutes of my wait time and other peoples to there they were STILL flirting with the boys after that I finallyconfronted them and asked for their manager and she came and told me she would immediately assign me a seat for me and my familyso then we waiting ANOTHER 10 mins until finally getting out menus so then after 5 mins on deciding what to eat our waiter cameup to us and asked what we would like to drink so then we ordered and how embarrassing it was that she was giving us ugly looksand pretending she couldn?t hear what we wanted and as a Hispanic family in a all white chill?s place we take it verydisrespectful that they treat us so different compared to other family?s dining next to us . The food came out mid ,to be honestit wasn?t very warm in matter of fact it was coldish with barely any warmth in it they also overcooked my chicken strips andovercooked my stake when I asked for a ?Medium? stale .Very disrespectful the way she handed our plates of food and when the guyshe would act very sassy around us . We decided to have lunch here since I had been craving a salad! We noticed right away they were short staffed but they never... made us feel that way. I?m not too sure but I think our server?s name was Julius, he was very attentive. The lady who showed usto our table was very nice as well she took our drink order? and i believe the other lady was the manager she kept making roundsas well if anyone needed anything. Read more
Amazing service, and really delicious food. We had our dinner in Chili's New Braunfels TX which is right at intersection of I-35... and highway-46 on our way to Austin TX. Food was tasty , especially 'Molten Chocolate Cake', loved this dessert. Read more
Worst experience with curbside. Had to call to get my them to bring me my food 10 minutes later than it was due. Food was cold... and nasty. I even left a tip when I paid while placing the order. Never again. Overpaid for an alcoholic drink. $10.50 for a 6oz drink. Do not go to this Chili?s. They need new ownership or managers. Read more
