Avoid this location!! I went in today and while standing in line, one of the workers approached the line and without saying,... ?excuse me, I need to clean the windows?, or giving me a second to set back, just started spraying chemicals not even a footaway from my INFANT in her stroller!! He was literally close enough to damn near get overspray on her!!! Then he went around tothe other side with the food and without covering anything, he was fully reached over cleaning the windows, he did not havesleeves on and was fully extended over the food. Gross! I left without ordering! Will not be going back to this location!Seriously Chipotle, train your employees better! Read more
Can?t help but agree with the many recent reviews that this location is going downhill. About 50% of the time I have a decent... experience/product at this location. The other half of the time the employees behind the counter are harried, unhappy, andfrankly look dirty and sweaty with their hair in their faces and it makes my food much less appealing. Or, the food itself justisn?t very good. A sad Chipotle location, for sure. I was also recently there and a homeless man was sitting inside therestaurant with a cup from another restaurant just drinking free drinks and talking to himself feverishly. Not only did they put a vine in my bowl but for the third time they did not put my chips in my bag that I had delivered to me at... work. So once again I have no chips with my meal! They don?t even offer to have my missing items delivered I just get points fornext time. I don?t want it next time I want my chips now! Read more
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my online order. I received HALF the amount of food I normally do when I order... in person and spent the same amount of money!! Then when I try to call the location, I can?t? and have to comment online. Icomment online and they say i have to speak with the food delivery company!!!!! What? DoorDash didn?t pack my food!!!! We normally love Chipotle but only when we either dine in or actually pick up our order. I had to work late today so I ordered... it for delivery. Mind you I paid for extra protien which costs $3.70 and added extra rice to our bowls. There was barelyanything in our bowls when they arrived. Biggest waste of money. We will NEVER order for delivery again. I don't mind paying forthe convenience of having it delivered but I expect the same quality as if I was there. Such a joke! Read more
If I could leave Zero Stars I would. We just ordered a Burrito Bowl and a Burrito with a bunch of Toppings and literally... received just the meat and rice slopped together. But they sure did charge me for all the Extra items that I never received. Sodisappointing? I tried to call to get my order fixed but the location in New Braunfels doesn?t accept calls. Wow! SMH! I am so disappointed?.I love chipotle but lately it has been so horrible. I placed an order for pick up today and the bowls had... hardly anything in them - see photos. After paying $13 for a bowl with hardly anything in it?! At least fill it with rice so itdoesn?t look so bad! So upsetting?.. what a waste of money. Read more
Chipotle is one of those places that never disappoints. The freshness and quantity of their food is outstanding, service is fast... and friendly, and prices are quite good for the amount of food you receive. My only complaint is that they can?t figure out howto make decent queso, but that is a minor issue. Read more
