This was my first Cicis Pizza experience in YEARS. My first ever here in New Braunfels. The food was really good. I found out... they offer crustless pizza as an option! Anyway, in an Era where bad attitudes are everywhere, this place had good food, smilesfrom the employees, everyone was working hard... it was a great thing to see and experience. I will definitely be back! Update:We came back! And the same great service still experienced! Food was great, my kids were super happy. Manager was awesome. Itwas close to closing time, but she never hesitated in getting us anything we asked for to make our experience better. She evenmade me not one, but two crustless pizzas so I could stick to my low-carb-ish diet. If anything changed, I think it might havebeen brighter and cleaner than last time?! Very awesome staff always remembering our orders and treating us like family the moment we walk it will always be my favorite... place to eat for great pizza and music in the speakers to dance the little happy dance while you eat your happy on a plate.Unless you don't dance in that case just smile and nod. I come here pretty often and it's always a good experience. The food tastes great and the service is really nice. I've come a... bit later in the day and if they don't have a full buffet they have no problem making a request. This place in normally prettyclean on the inside and the bathrooms are normally clean. Great place to feed my family! Read more
Best pizza in the area. Only downside is that they don't have a tip jar lol!

Loved! This was kind of packed but they all had a great attitude and kept the pizza stocked! Cinnamon rolls were perfect and not... stingy with the icing ????. Ordered my favorite zesty and it came out quickly and delicious ???? The set up is a bit awkward, Ithink they could figure out a different location for the trash drop like maybe where the drinks are located and move the drinksto the rear as it causes a bottle neck in the corner. We had an awesome experience here. Alexis gave us great menu recommendations and even saved us some money in the process. We... didn't know you could make special requests to have pizzas made on the buffet but we know now! They took our requests down andwe had hot fresh pizza! Salad bar was also great!
