family is Gluten free and I walked in Halloween Night, Trevor and 2 other guys were working. Trevor removed all non GF bread... from the area, cleaned the knives, wiped down the counters and got new paper to work on. This is normal protocol but for arestaurant to do it was awesome. I have called twice with no answer & left a message. I ordered $43 worth of sandwiches & chips for my husband & our boys; the... food took over an hour to be delivered & all 4 bags of chips were missing. But there was sure no problem charging for them.Frustrated is an understatement. Read more
Love Jersey Mikes! There rewards program is one of the best anywhere as your points do not expire! So you don't have to worry... that if you forget to use them they expire in a month! But the most important thing is the delicious food and fresh ingredients!I have never experienced marginally fresh lettuce or tomatoes at JM's!! Cheese steaks are exceptional as well! Read more
I love the sandwiches.....WHEN they are made correctly. 95% of the time they aren't. Sandwiches have cheese when we say no... cheese. Have lettuce and tomatoes when you say leave them off. I shouldn't have to unwrap my sandwich before I leave to ensureit is correct. But if I don't, I get it home and it's wrong. I've written to corporate with never a reply. The sandwiches are Ok. However the customer service is horrible. I won?t be returning for that reason. I have been here twice... and the employees seem to be standing around NOT helping. People start walking in and workers look around like they aren?t busy.Walked in the other day, no one inside. There was one other person in line behind me. There was one employee in the back doingnothing, a girl cutting meats, and another guy just walking around. Finally comes up to me and tells me there is a wait. A waitfor what? I LOVE Jersey Mike's. I'm from the PA, NJ area and it provides the comfort of home and allows me to revisit the food I enjoyed... there. The sandwiches are not called "hoagies", but it's as close as I can get to the sandwiches I enjoyed, without being home.Their subs are delicious. Read more
Stick with what you like. I was feeling adventurous and took the advice of a very friendly employee to try something different.... It was okay, but not as good as other sandwiches. 3 stars due to frustrating interactions with staff, food presentation. Read more
I can't believe anyone would ever want to get a sandwich from this location. Bread crumbs all over the work station, the meat... cutter has remnants from prior sandwiches being made. Seems very unsanitary. The employees definitely don't seem happy to havea job and greet customers and making a consumers sandwich. Read more
