Just stopped in on our way out of town for a long drive back home. The guy working was so incredibly friendly and kind. He went... above and beyond, offering to wrap our large sandwiches separately when we said we?re saving some for later on since t?s a LONGdrive home. This place isn't good at all. We ordered our sandwiches and they were all bland and when we told them we were just told to put... mayonnaise the next time we ordered. I've been to many Jimmy Johns locations back in Salt Lake and while I don't think they arethe best at least they put a decent amount of mayonnaise in it. I never heard of a tuna sandwich without mayonnaise, go to thestore and buy a can of tuna and put it on bread and tell me that tuna sandwiches should not come with tuna. My sandwich suckedas well they said it had light mayonnaise in it, I should have taken a picture for proof to show that there wasn't anything init. Oh well you just got a bad review from me instead. Also the water got stuck and it started pouring out and I freaked outbecause I didn't know what to do. But you have to press it again and it eventually stops, but wow that needs a new button orsomething. Read more

Every time I come here. Their hours change. Today they close at 9 apparently. So I can?t do my order of just 1 sub for pick up... on the app. I don?t know they have such a hard time keeping the 10 pm time but I?ve called and they closed at 8 before. Not on aholiday or anything either. It?s pretty bad. Also young kid got my order wrong before and it was VERY wrong lol what is going onthere?!? Read more

Always a pleasant experience. Nice staff and great food. Definitely my favorite sandwhich place.

Definitely not freaky fast. Middle of the pack fast. Dad signed you up for track but you never really committed to it... fast. That said, I've always had a great experience with the staff, and the sandwiches are well made. Still, prettydisappointing on how long it takes for the food to actually make it out the door... The food is great, but completing the order correctly was not so good. I requested and paid for a cookie and did not receive the... cookie. Also, I requested curbside but had to go in to pick up the order. I checked in when I arrived but after waiting a whileI decided to just go in. I tried to call to let them know about the incomplete order but after the phone hang for 5 minutes Ijust hung up and posted my issue in this review. To be fair, I give the food 5 stars, not filling the order correctly is whatrated 2 stars.
