This location is a bit hidden, but is located behind rudys bbq on 46 in New braunfels. I knew it was around and kind of forgot... about it . My husband found it a few weeks ago and has been going at least twice a week now. The manager, Pete, is so friendlyand is doing great things for this place. I told him our story and he gave us a free cookie coupon for being loyal customers. Ithas also been updated since the last time I had gone in a few years back. I've been buying these cookies for 10+ years for my child's birthday who LOVES them. But today I was very disappointed when I... walked into your store at 10:30am this morning to purchase a cookie and was told that I had to place an order for a cookie. In10 years I've NEVER placed an order for a cookie. I've always walked in told them what I needed and walked out with a cookie bigenough for 6 people that said Happy birthday. Isn't this what you do for a living, bake cookies yet i cannot just walk in andbuy one? I always read reviews but never feel compelled to write any.. well today is the day.. i took a pic in for a special bday cookie... cake for the daughter of my friend. Although the pic was not translated to the cake to my taste. I expressed my dislike and itwas taken care of on the most professional level and was immediately was offered a redo. The manager came out and apologized,re-made my cookie cake and delivered it the the party all within an hour!! Wow. I am so impressed. I recommend this place toevery and anyone.
