So glad I stopped! Brisket was top notch. Moist and smokey. Pineapple Jalepeno sausage ranks among the best sausage I\'ve ever... tasted...sweet and just a hint of spice. Beans were also fantastic with a very unique flavor. Can\'t wait to come back! Read more

We have been wanting to try Mighty Oak BBQ since we heard they had opened in New Braunfels. Tonight we finally ordered take out.... Have to say we were impressed. The brisket was amazing. It was well cooked and very flavorable. The pork ribs were equally good.Family stated sausages were good as well. No comment from me since I don\'t care for them. The real standout for us though werethe baked beans: They are AMAZING! Some of the best baked beans I\'ve ever eaten. The banana pudding was also very, very good.We will be ordering again when the BBQ cravings hit us again. Read more

Super moist meats but the potatoes are where it\'s at! ???? ???? The brisket and pulled pork were both super soft and... well-cooked bbq. The meats lacked a bit of flavor but you could tell they knew how to cook them. Nothing a little bbq saucecouldn\'t help.\nWe got Mac n cheese, potato salad, and a baked potato as sides. Boy oh boy that potato might be the best I\'vehad in San Antonio. It was creamy soft and stirred together beautifully with the cheese and sour cream. I\'ll definitely be backfor another one of these bad boys.\nThe food truck is connected to a bar with limited outdoor seating. Service could be a bitslow, but that\'s because they\'re doing everything. The guys there were super nice and friendly. If you\'ve got some patienceand don\'t mind the bar environment, this is a cool little place to try out. Read more

Spent quite some time searching for BBQ as we didn\'t want the usual suspects. Happening upon Mighty Oak Bbq was one of the BEST... I have ever had. Great customer service from the start. The owners were helpful, explaining their brisket selections andoptions. They even have cool kids choices.. who does Brisket Mac?? Mighty Oak does!!! Tucked away off of Thousand Oaks and rightnext to a pub, you get the best of both worlds. We chatted, played Jenga, made friends and left with so much amazing food! WhenI pulled myself from the food coma I was in I couldn\'t wait to write this. Dry rub on the ribs was nice, and the moist brisketmelted in our mouths. My family is picky about food. When the Pitmaster says it\'s good he means it\'s great! We ALL enjoyed!!Last but certainly not least, homemade sauces, including a habanero mango and a \'special sauce\' (wink wink) you have to askabout. Read more
